Specific Skills/Experience Required:
Competencies
. Solid and demonstrated project management skills and proven track
record of successfully managing large scale projects.
. Knowledge of project management standards
. Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with
technical and non-technical audiences
. Strong organizational and people change management skills
. Proven experience in planning, designing and deploying multiple
initiatives across geographical dispersed locations.
. Ability to coordinate work across multiple groups/departments
. Proven experience in planning quality assurance for large-scale
initiatives.
. Experience in roll-out of new products and services. Specific
experience in implementing IP PBX, or unified communication systems is
considered an advantage for this position.

. Education:

General Responsibilities:
. Main Client Interface for project
. Project Champion / Coach
. Prepares for, issues agenda for, and runs project meetings
? Client meetings
? Internal meetings (status, process definition, testing coordination,
deployment coordination)
? Project design review meetings
. Works with Managers whose employees are on team to:
? Assure understanding of resource requirements and obtain required
resources
? Provide project updates
. Ensure that Project has:
? Defined Scope
? Integrated Plan with identified critical path
? Estimate of Costs
. Track progress, remind those responsible for tasks of due dates, and
provide status reports
? Escalate as appropriate and ask for assistance if tasks are not being
completed on time
. Ensure vendor-provided resources are meeting commitments as outlined
in the project contracts/SOWs
. Manage issues and risks, prepare updates and communicate issues for
Business, Management , and Project Team (Project Manager is not
necessarily the expert on all issues)
? Determine urgency of new items and discuss priority with team and
Project Sponsors
? Determine impact of new items on scope and critical path
? If minimal impact, no need to raise to management
? If change will have impact on schedule and cost, it should be raised
to management (see "Report on Cost/Scope/Schedule)
? Ensure that all issues have a defined owner and due date for
resolution
. Report on Cost/Scope/Schedule
? Communicate Cause and Effect. Tie specific events to outcomes of
project (i.e., if this change is include in scope, the cost will
increase/decrease by $xxxx and the expected completed date will be moved
from xx/xx/xx 50 xx/xx/xx.
? Present facts, report on Earned Value of project
? Communicate status of cost and schedule (i.e., project is xx%
complete; project costs are on track (or over/under estimate by $xxxx).

Security Engineer - Application Firewall Monitoring role

Information Security Engineer with responsibility for the activities
listed below for each of the information security tools listed
(identified in caps). Networking Firewall Management expert who will
review and analyze the Firewall, do risk analysis of rule sets,
Application Scanning, Environment Scanning, knowledge of internet
communications and networking. There is an operation compliance and
vulnerability management aspect to the role as well.

WEBDEFEND Web Application Firewall: Review the WebDefend console at
least daily appropriately deal with the identified application events
