Primarily the role of the Nutritional Sales Specialist is to provide (i) exceptional customer service by sharing nutritional knowledge and information regarding specialty food items sold at DeLiteful Foods that are appropriate for the customers' dietary needs/restrictions and (ii) on-site nutritional consultation services for customers and their family members. Secondarily, the role exists to assist with the overall professional operation of the store and to enhance DeLiteful Foods' unique selling proposition.
The qualifications are:
§ 1 yr. prior retail or customer service experience strongly preferred
§ prior experience working with confidential information preferred
§ at least 2 yrs. college coursework focused on nutrition or related field
