General knowledge of health and wellness benefits with emphasis on
benefit communications. Writing skills required. HTML knowledge helpful.
* Annual Enrollment communications coordination - working with internal and
external resources and production and distribution requirements
* Health care reform communications coordination
* Manage benefits website updates and work with external Communications
vendor on more complex changes
* Writing/coordinating with Legal/publishing Paid Time Off and Sick
Policies
* eTime set-up and testing for changes to paid time off and sick policies
* Start a Communications vendor RFP
* Benefits website content management and navigation upgrade
* Wellness program - writing description, coordinating rebate payments,
analysis of program
* Design work for 1/1/14 Wellness program
* Additional communication work
Salary: $24/hour. Position: 3-5 months. Starting date: Next week
