Position Responsibilities - Summary

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to
join a strong, collaborative team in a role focusing on analysis with
leadership and advancement opportunities.

The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for requirements, systems
analysis, testing, and some project management for the applications that
support company security master data. The security master applications
provide the firm with business critical data related to the terms/conditions
of deals as well as company and security reference data. Our application
covers a wide variety of asset types, including equities, fixed income,
derivatives and OTC securities, which are used throughout the firm.

This position requires a high level of direct interaction with the business
users, and excellent communication and delivery skills. This individual must
be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of
assignments with people at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with the Investment Data and Derivative Service business
team to prioritize, define and document new requirements

· Champion the user's needs to the software and quality assurance
engineers, insuring the "what" and "why" are effectively communicated

· Assist in the design, testing, and support of the Security Master
applications and their integration points

· Develop a strong partnership with the delivery team to ensure on
time, scalable and high quality business solutions.

· Provide team leadership on assigned projects that may include both
full time and consulting staff in a matrix organization.

· Act as an escalation point person for support issues that require
detailed analysis and management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Minimum of five years experience as a systems or business analyst
in the financial services industry

· Demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis

· Experience writing requirements, functional specifications, use
cases, and test plans

· Experience in writing basic SQL commands and comfort in navigating
relational databases

· Experience in Data Management and working with data providers such
as Bloomberg, Markit and Reuters a plus

· Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

· Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced
team environment.

Keys to this Position:

1. Strong Systems Analyst skills required.

2. Domain Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have experience with
Security Master (also known as Reference Data) and Market Data experience
(i.e. Bloomberg, Markit, Reuters, etc.) - If the candidate does not have
Security Master and Market Data we will also look at other Asset Management
experience (front, middle or back office, i.e. Trading, Portfolio
Management, Corporate Actions, Settlements, Investment Operations, etc.)

3. Technical: SQL skills are required. The candidate will need to be
able to query the database using SQL.

Position Responsibilities - Summary:

My client is seeking Sr. Software Implementation Consultants to join their
Professional Services team. A Sr. Consultant must have a proven track record
of providing an exceptional level of effective business solution
implementation and delivery execution of large scale, complex enterprise
software. This individual may oversee the work of junior consultants and/or
be expected to address more complex and challenging assignments. Further,
they are seeking Consultants with extensive domain expertise in asset
accounting for utilities, oil & gas, transportation, mining, and
telecommunication industries.

Software is currently installed on premise and project length ranges from
6-9 months for average sized projects, with 1-3 people assigned, and 12+
months for large sized projects, with 4-6 people assigned.

The Sr. IC may work on multiple projects depending on size, scale and scope
of efforts.

Travel is expected to up to the 80% area Monday thru Thursday (M-T), all of
US + Some Canadian - Home Office Based roles with expenses fully paid.

A Sr. Consultant will be expected to perform the following duties:

· Actively participate and be highly engaged as part of an
implementation project team (including clients, colleagues, other
consultants, vendors, etc.). Contribute and share application and
domain/industry expertise, and functional knowledge of asset accounting.
Possess and demonstrate advanced consultative skills.

· Complete tasks and activities as assigned by the Project Manager,
and in accordance with the firm's methodology. Adhere to project schedules
and budgetary constraints; provide early notice of any potential risks or
issues with respect to adherence to project schedules or budgets

· Address risks and resolve issues relating to implementation; if
needed, with assistance/direction from the Project Manager and/or other
subject matter experts

· Hands-on project execution, including gathering and analyzing
client requirements; determining best practice design of to-be-delivered
solution; developing functional specifications; configuring the application
to meet the approved design, etc.

· Testing: working with their customers, define test plans and
procedures; assist with the development of use and test cases; conduct unit,
system, and integration testing; and support the client's User Acceptance
Testing (UAT)

· Support application go-live by providing knowledge transfer to
clients and ensuring the client staff are ready to operate the application
upon go-live

· Assist clients in transitioning the application to client's
production support team

· Plan and execute effective hand-off to the firm's Support
organization

· Identify client skill or knowledge gaps that might be addressed
via the training organization and/or via an enhanced support model

· May oversee consultants and other resources as well as be expected
to take on our more challenging implementations.

Required Skills and Competencies:

To be considered, Sr. Software Implementation Consultants should have the
majority of the following knowledge and experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or
equivalent combination of education and experience

· A minimum of 5 years implementing enterprise software applications
in a client-facing consultant role

· Previous experience working for a software vendor, implementing
solutions, is the preference

· Team Lead experience required for Sr. Consultants

the in-house Enterprise Reporting platform, a Java/J2EE application for
scheduling daily batch and interactive reports. The individual will work

· Architect, design, implement, deploy and support of the next
generation of the in-house Enterprise Reporting solution.

efforts estimation, resource allocation, task distribution, delivery
management, risk management and other project management tasks.

· Work with a team of employees and consultants including offshore

· Establish best practices for integration using web-services and
other current industry practices.

· Work with project lead, analyst, and business users to understand
business processes and translate them into functional and non-functional
specifications for reporting solutions

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Hands-on experience on the following technologies would be
required for day-to-day operations from the on-boarding day:

§ Java, J2EE, Weblogic, Tomcat and web-services integration

§ Experience in Weblogic to Tomcat migration would be a plus

§ Experience in Webservice calls to Oracle Reports Server, OBIEE,
Jasper, Cognos & Tableau is highly desirable.

§ Oracle 11g databases, SQL and PL/SQL

§ Shell scripting (ksh, bash, csh, Perl), job-scheduler (Maestro)

· Minimum 5 years of deep expertise in design and development of
J2EE applications with Oracle databases.

· Ability to operate with less than perfect information and make
