NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER - USA
Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of decorative consumer electrical products and are seeking a dynamic sales oriented person to fill the position of National Account Manager.

Position Description: The candidate will possess excellent category management skills, professional selling skills, be proficient in the development of all aspects of customer presentations and associated sales promotion materials. Working with national retailers - the candidate should have working knowledge of retail analytics along with the ability to analyze data and implement recommendations based on analysis, market trends and strategic growth opportunities.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: This sales management position will have the direct responsibility for the total sales revenue and achievement of improved margin objectives that are established for the customer base within their functional area of responsibility. The candidate must have the highest level of customer relationship management ability, possess strong negotiating skills and be able to execute all sales strategies as directed by the company towards intensifying revenue within the assigned customer base.

Requirements: The National Account Manager must be well versed in the analysis of all POS data provided by the customer and be proficient in the interpretation of this data in order cultivate sales and marketing opportunities. The candidate must be proficient in forecasting, sales planning and budgeting. Candidate must also have a good understanding of the competitive landscape and of the retail environment.
The successful candidate will work in harmony with the retail merchants and planning department in order to intensify baseline business, identify niche opportunities, and where applicable develop proprietary product programs and expand into other business opportunities that are compatible with the company's core competencies and diverse supply chain capabilities.

The Center for Family Resources a not for profit Head Start program is looking for an HR Assistant. The qualified individual must be bi-lingual English/Spanish and be able to translate written materials. Some HR experience preferred. The position is Full Time with benefits and is located in Ringwood, NJ.
