The Senior Project Manager - Supply Chain will lead cross functional OTC teams who are responsible for the management and execution of selected Supply Chain Projects and support execution of related governance and business improvement initiatives. This role will work with key business partners across the organization (Quality Assurance, Consent Decree, Process Excellence, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Enterprise Project Management, Planning, and Procurement) the Sr. Project Manager will lead, coach and support diverse project teams to drive superior performance in project governance and execution to deliver improved business results across the McNeil OTC supply chain. Critical skills needed to perform the job include: Project Management, process and performance improvement, Proficiency in business and financial acumen, leadership, and communication.,
The Sr Project Manager - Supply Chain will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver supply plans and product opportunities in attainment of business, strategic plan and quality & compliance goals. This role will drive team accountability for deliverables, develop and deliver team recommendations to senior management, create and meet all project milestones and financial commitments. The Sr Project Manager is expected to develop project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines, as well as identify and manage project priorities and cross-project dependencies. This includes; early identification of execution issues and opportunities, developing and delivering viable alternatives and contingency plans, engaging teams in healthy debate/conflict, and risk management expertise (identification, clear communication, mitigation plans).
BS/BA degree minimum REQUIRED.

A world leader in Medical Communications, located in Yardley, PA is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to oversee the development, operations and progression of our Physician Advisor Call Center.
This position will serve as a Manager to medical school graduates providing tele-detailing services. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management, including call monitoring and productivity, coaching of the physicians, exceeding client deliverables and promoting a positive working environment utilizing total quality management concepts and practices as well as reporting and follow-up of multiple projects. Qualified candidates should meet the following minimum requirements: Advanced science degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) from an accredited college or university preferred and three (3) or more years related experience and/or training are required for this position. These requirements may be substituted by or with an equivalent combination of education and experience where applicable. This position will require traveling 2-3 days/wk to our Northern NJ office location.

It is a contract right to hire for an Insurance company who is a very good client of mine, in the Basking Ridge NJ area.
