Position Summary:

Global Talent Management is seeking to fill two temporary openings to support the reporting function of the new talent management platform. The successful candidates are responsible for helping in the design, development and unit testing of reports to support Performance, and Talent Management and Diversity.

Position Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements for reports (compliance tracking, ad hoc and analytical reports) and develop reports in Cognos and/or Jaspersoft
Convert legacy reports to Cognos and Jaspersoft
Design and build complex Cognos Report Studio reports and dashboards
Provide support as required to ensure optimal performance of reports and dashboards
Support all facets of data modeling and data management activities; maintain the function's data dictionary and drive adherence to the highest levels of data quality and integrity; liaise with other HR analytical functions (i.e., New Reporting COE, Global Data Warehouse/Dashboard/Cube, Citi Shared Services Information Solutions, etc.) to help support the team's data needs and requirements
