Target Salary: $90K some flexibility
Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who will be responsible
for directing large-scale, complex projects in all aspects of the project
lifecycle, including defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering a
given strategic initiative, provide status and financial reports to
stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring that commitments are achieved on
time and within budget.
Required Skills and Experience
. 8+ years' experience in the IT industry
. Strong project management in medium to large open systems
environments with an understanding of high availability applications
. Experience in managing variety of IT projects on Software
development, Implementation and Infrastructure using both Waterfall and
Agile methodologies.
. Solid understanding of Infrastructure: load balancing concepts,
open firewall ports, servers builds, virtual and physical servers, partition
drives, redundancy, virtual IP's in relation to software development
. MS Project, Power Point and Visio experience is a must
. Proven ability to gain the trust of and manage sponsors and
stakeholders.
. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision
both written and verbally
. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and works well
under pressure
. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
. Analytical and problem solving skills
. Training and presentation skills
