Job Description

Our client is seeking to hire a Senior SAP FI/CO Analyst who will work
closely with functional users and technical teams and will be responsible
for the design, implementation and support of the Record to Report business
process solutions in SAP. The person will also support SAP upgrades,
interfaces to other core internal business as well as external systems, and
help to define and support IT processes. Some off shift work scheduled at
night and/or weekends.

Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO with development and support of

support.
* Understanding and use of SDLC methodology good practice.

Overview

Provide technical support to Information Builder's customers and employees with application deployment, debugging and problem determination. The emphasis of this position is on answering customer questions and solving problems, while encouraging team participation in order to promote the ongoing development of the individual and the team.
The Technical Support Representative Level III is a proven high-level person with technical expertise and customer support skills.  A person in this position has mastered the day-to-day customer support duties, has strong product knowledge, and has achieved product specialization in at least one major Information Builders product component.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Solve problems and answer questions quickly, efficiently and courteously

• Develop expertise in products that will allow the Technical Support Representative to act as a resource for other team members and provide in depth solutions to customer queries
