Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce.com)

Seeking a strong BA with Salesforce.com exposure to gather requirements. Salesforce.com experience is critical for this opportunity. Must be able to capture and document reporting requirements. Must have the ability to translate generic requirements in to SFDC solutions. Must possess the knowledge of SF.com from a functional perspective. Needs the ability to gather requirements from the business and relay to the development team
Requirements/Duties:
- Develop / maintain Salesforce monthly release schedule to support the product roadmap
- Chair the weekly Product Management to Development handoff meeting to identify what changes / enhancements scheduled for each release
- Participate in Americas Salesforce Steering Committee meetings (Run the meetings as necessary)
- Oversee creation of Change Request documents leading to development of new Salesforce features / functionality
- Act as a Sr. Business Analyst for select new capabilities in SFDC (e.g. new Property object and relationships)
- Lead five members of BA team
- Run SFDC training and adoption brainstorming sessions with selected client "VIPs" (Sr. Executives & Market Leaders)
- Support new user deployment and adoption activities
