information overload. Effective tools to find and surface the right content

information platforms - on premise and in various external cloud services,
This position will provide thought leadership and technical skill to shape

* Technical ownership of enterprise searching and information
discovery platforms

* Provide thought leadership and partner with IT Architecture team
to establish a multi-year technical strategy

* Deliver broad search capabilities from the firm's Intranet home

and make those available via voice input

* Engage with various application teams at the firm to enable
access to enterprise search APIs for specific workflows

* Vendor management and staying informed of this fast-moving area

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Lead level software engineer with excellent communication and
teamwork skills

* Able to rapidly prototype and pilot solutions

* Experienced with MS SharePoint's Fast search engine and other
best-of-breed search engines

* Experience developing multi-cloud, federated searching solutions
with context-aware semantics; investment semantic context is a strong plus.

Keys to this Position:

1) The firm will be building their version of Google that will allow
Investors to make better decisions. This individual will be responsible for
building this Search capability that will be used across the Enterprise.

2) Technologies: This individual will have a strong grasp of Best of
Breed Search Engines such as MS SharePoint's Fast Search, Apache Lucene,
