Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for delivering system solutions for the
Finance business area, with projects spanning revenue and invoicing,
incentive compensation, financial planning and analysis, project costing,
and accounting applications. We are looking to bring experience and best
practices to a fast-moving area of the company. The candidate should have
experience in supporting business professionals in Finance and a proven
track record in successful project management and delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Develop key knowledge of specific financial workflows (focusing
on project costing/billing solutions)

* Define, analyze and document the functional (application and
data) requirements for packaged financial software applications (i.e.
Clarity, Peoplesoft, etc.) and data warehouse initiatives.

* Manage the work of both internal and external resources in the
implementation and support of Finance-related technology projects and
initiatives

* Plan manage and execute the functional testing of new systems and
enhancements to existing systems

* Manage special projects from initiation through execution and
delivery

* Review and document existing financial processes and propose
process or system improvements to reduce cost and/or streamline business
processes.

* Partner with Finance to identify and prioritize system needs

* Recommend modifications to established practices and procedures

* Assist in the design and development of new data repositories and
reporting tools that will be used to organize, analyze and report the Firm's
financial data.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners
across the firm

Required Skills and Competencies:

* 8+ years' experience in a systems role supporting Finance
departments (experience working with packaged financial software
applications and/or data warehouse solutions a plus)

* Demonstrated experience in formal software development
methodologies

* Strong project management/ project methodology and delivery
skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment, taking initiative as necessary

* Demonstrate strong client focus and relationship management
skills

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to
detail

* Bachelor's degree required, a major in Computer Science or
related field is preferred

* Hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational database technology

* Demonstrated data analysis and data warehouse skills considered a
plus

* An MBA, CPA, CFA or work toward a CFA considered a plus

* Experience with CA's Clarity application considered a plus

Keys to this Role

1. Strong Systems Analysis skills are required. We will look at junior to
mid-level candidates.

2. Domain knowledge: This position will be supporting the Revenue and Client
invoicing team. Experience with Revenue and Invoicing is desired. We will
also look at any experience with other financial applications such as G/L,
A/P, Incentive Compensation, Project Costing, Budgeting, etc.

3. A good understanding of Data and Databases is required. The candidate
must know SQL to be able to query the database. Data Warehouse and Data
Management experience is highly desired.

4. Financial services experience is a plus (not required).

Position Summary:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to
join a strong, collaborative team in a role focusing on analysis with
leadership and advancement opportunities. Our team covers a wide variety
of asset types, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, OTC
securities and fair value assessments, which are used throughout the firm.
The Senior Systems Analyst will learn about a variety of assets and work
with multiple teams. We use a number of major vendors and also seek out best
of breed to price niche investments classes.

The Senior Systems Analyst will participate in the system design and
analysis for development projects for the End-of-day Pricing Application in
the Investment Data Systems team. In this role the individual will work
with the project managers, business analysts and lead programmers to define
technical solutions for implementing business requirements and see them
through to completion. Our applications require a strong focus on
scalability, quality and application integration with the downstream
consumers of pricing data.

Responsibilities:

* Work with Pricing business team to define, analyze and document
requirements.

* Document functional specifications and work directly with
development and QA to ensure delivery.

* Provide input into system design to help the programming teams
define effort and implementation schedules for application development work.

* Ensure quality of product by enforcing high standards in testing
and building controls to measure the overall accuracy and timeliness of data
delivery.

* Develop a strong partnership with the delivery team to ensure on
time, scalable and high quality business solutions.

* Provide team leadership on assigned projects that may include
both full time and consulting staff in a matrix organization.

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a systems analyst in the financial
services industry

Summary:

The primary focus of this position will be to support the technical aspects
of applications in the Fund Services and Technology organization (Tier3 with
SQL technical skills). This person will share the responsibility for
performance, reliability and optimization of all areas of assigned
applications. This person will function as one of the key contacts for the
organization on all production issues during the individuals shift. The
Analyst will be expected to develop a high level of expertise not only on
the GUI but on the physical and logical infrastructure associated with

that eliminate dependencies placed on Development Staff members when working
an incident or determining root cause to a problem. This individual
additionally will be responsible for developing and creating formal
documentation; including capacity and growth management, configuration
management, and regular formal reporting on system performance and health.

Incident and Error Management- The Analyst will assist the Business Support
Team in triage, creating short term solutions and relief for day to day
Incidents. This person will assist in documenting and ensuring proper
incident and error handling procedures are accounted for in a knowledgebase.

Problem Management- The Analyst will facilitate the root cause analysis
effort. He/she will prioritize the problem, identify and verify root cause,
assist in documenting known error handling, identify workarounds providing
short term relief while assisting long term solution efforts. This person
will ensure system defects are logged appropriately and take part in
projects addressing identified workflow and procedural gaps. He/she will
work toward documenting and transitioning workarounds to Tier 1 Business
Support in a controlled fashion to eliminate their dependency outside of the
Support structure.

System Health / Performance Monitoring- The Analyst will assist in the
development and facilitate continuous monitoring of core system functions to
include but not limited to cursor performance, memory utilization and event
processing to ensure system health and performance is normal. Individual
will proactively research and escalate any abnormalities discovered in their
review, to mitigate system issues before they occur.

Event / Crisis Management- Management of major incidents and problems which
cross sectional boundaries; will engage the appropriate business and systems
teams to resolve escalated incidents. He/she will help coordinate with the
business (front-end) users, Tier 1 Support and developers (back-end) to
troubleshoot and resolve issues. They will communicate status to Tier 1
Support and Business personnel frequently and clearly. The Analysts will
ensure issues are properly documented for future reference in a
knowledgebase.

Development and Implementation- Analysts will understand the development
process and assist with testing when needed. They will develop a strong
understanding of assigned applications and their interrelationships in order
to better address issues and provide insight on further enhancements.
Analysts provide support for Code Implementation, assisting with deployment
and verification which may include some weekend coverage.

Required Skills and Competencies:

* BA/BS Degree in Computer Science and/or related work experience

* 3-5+ years of Financial Services industry experience (Preferably
Tier2/3 System Support)

* Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
