Job Description:
Work with business stakeholders to identify and define the business problem
and business case. Be able to express the context of the change within the

* Deep experience managing programs involving cloud migrations (public & private), server consolidation, software migrations, or data center consolidations/eliminations
* Experienced program leader, mentor and coach with proven ability to lead multiple geographically dispersed cross-functional teams to manage large, complex projects and consistently complete them with quality, on time and within budget
* Previous experience as Lead Architect or Infrastructure Lead in Data Center relocation/consolidation/elimination
* At least 10 years directly related work experience in the Information Technology field is required
* At least 5 years of experience with program management, data center rationalization, consolidation, relocation or migration is preferred
* Strong program management and technical leadership skills with a track record of using different project management methodologies include Scrum / Agile / Prince2 / AGM and focus on cloud migrations (Public & Private) data center migrations,consolidations, etc.
* Demonstrated holistic understanding of Datacenter Operations (i.e. Production operations, Server,Storage, Network, Database Management., Systems Management., Helpdesk, DR/Business recovery practices, etc.)
* Familiarity with functional operations of server, storage and network functions
* Knowledge of server platform technologies (i.e. Unix/Wintel/etc)

Description:
Oversee and manage a large-scale application migration program for multiple business units within North America. The migrations will consist of the goal of moving 75% of the internal compute/storage to public cloud and identified applications that may not be deemed cloud fit to the private cloud
* Manage all required resources such as budgets, outside vendor and dependencies, and act as the single point of contact for major areas of the business
* Determine business requirements, identify migration strategies, negotiate schedules, provide on-going coordination, tracking and reporting
* Deep involvement in the creation of designs, processes and frameworks to allow systems to efficiently migrate and operate in public/private cloud environments
* Deep involvement in the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of the migration plans to migrate and/or decommission application instances and servers in scope without disruption to business groups
* Drive meetings with Subject Matter Experts from all areas of the business including: Applications, Applications vendors, Architects and Leads to seek input from and review migration methodology, resource requirements, timeline and budgetary constraints
* Track and report all application instances scheduled for migration
