This growth company has moved to a 40,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility and is working toward an eco-friendly and environmentally-driven business model. They need an experienced EHS Specialist to administer all safety-related compliance such as OSHA, Workers Compensation Administration, Department of Labor and other agencies.
Responsibilities:

* The manager will work closely will all departments within the company as well as external, governmental and non-governmental agencies and partners.
* Provide timely updates and administrative maintenance of all applicable files, reporting, etc.
* Accompanies all safety, health, and insurance inspectors on walk-through inspections
* Conduct work area inspections
* Assist in personal injury investigations
* Coordinate with insurance carriers: OSHA; DOL: Health & Safety Agencies
* Reinforce safety awareness in a manner that promotes cooperation and improved morale
* Review documentation to insure all required on-site records and reports are complete, accurate, and submitted per established procedures

 Thanks  Mike  Video Conferencing EngineerSwiftwater, PA$62/hr w2  We are seeking a global Videoconferencing expert who will beworking as part of an international team of five persons located in USA andFrance. This team is responsible for worldwide Videoconferencing Infrastructurearchitecture design, planning, and corresponding services delivered to ourglobal users located across 220 sites. In addition, this team is alsoresponsible for overall service ownership and quality of the deliveredservices. The selected candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects ofexisting solutions: evolution/upgrade, new solution design, operational issuesanalysis/diagnosis/root cause and solution. He or she will also participate inthe definition of existing service improvements as well as new service designsand corresponding implementation projects.  As part of this position, theexpert will have to interact effectively with other supporting teams (Network,Servers, DB, Exchange …) from other sites/countries.

Day to day tasks:                                  Participates in projects and project meetingsrelated to the deployment of HDVTC and Telepresence solutions.
Participates in new solution and service design project meetings.
Responsible for service quality monitoring and investigation of identifiedrecurring issues / problems, then develops workaround and/or fix.  
Involved in investigation of real time incidents impacting Executives / VIPs torapidly develop workarounds and/or fixes to issues encountered
Plans for the deployment of technical changes (hardware/software releases andupgrades)
Provides assistance for legacy and new room deployment as needed
Supports regional operational service delivery teams as needed
Creates and maintains detailed infrastructure and process documents as required
Provides 24/7 support as required for problem escalation and plannedservice/solution implementations

Personal skills:
-          Self-motivatedindependent individual with strong teamwork and service management skills whois able to operate effectively in a multi-cultural worldwide enterprise
