Summary:

Our client is seeking an Applications Program Manager who will oversee the
internal programming staff. The individual will work with external software
vendors for outsourced solutions, provide input on IT programming budget,
provide status updates to Senior Management and provide expertise on the
application of emerging technology to resolve business issues.

This fulltime employee position is located Danbury, CT area

Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT work experience

* 10 years of related experience, including at least 6 years'
experience as a Programmer/Analyst

* JDE E1 experience required

* Two years directly leading an IT team with track record of managing
SDLC process.

* 3+ years with Oracle JDE E1 applications, including Oracle or DB2
databases.

* 3+ years Visual Basic experience preferred.

* Project Management is a plus

* AS400 experience a plus

* Web development knowledge a plus.

* Demonstrated project management skills; good technical, analytical,
interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Capability to jump in and
program if necessary.

*About the Opportunity*

We are looking for a Data Archiving consultant to work with one of our
larger clients. This role involves working with the client's existing team
to support an existing Symantec Enterprise Vault data archiving platform
supporting data files, individual Outlook PST files and Exchange public
folders. Activities will include both support for the environment and
contribution to ongoing work to bring subsidiary data into the corporate
data archive platform.

*Responsibilities: *

· As part of the client's existing support team, provide
operational support for the client's existing Enterprise Vault platform.
This will involve incident resolution, working with internal customers of
the product and recommending environment and process improvement options to
the client

· Provide support as required for incidents and technical issues
with the current platform

· Participate with the team in platform support activities as
required

*About You *

· Recent experience working with and providing support for the
Symantec Enterprise Vault product

· Ability to react quickly and professionally to end-user issues as
they are discovered

· Strong interpersonal skills, particularly verbal skills with
non-computer professionals

· Experience in migration of Microsoft PST and/or desktop files to
a data archiving platform is preferred

The Position
The Channel Sales Manager will manage and train a team of Solar Marketing Specialist (SMS) to engage potential customers, educate them, and increase their interest level to obtain a request for an iQuote, from Sungevity.  They will also provide this training to our partner retail associates. 

Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop a team of Solar Marketing Specialist (which are also called Retail Sales Advisors)
- Build relationships with Lowe's management to obtain their support of the program at market and store levels. Develop and execute new strategies to increase Lowe's store engagement.
- Conduct market trainings and quarterly business reviews.
- Utilize Salesforce dashboards and sale reporting to drive performance and accountability.
- Develop creative contests to motivate SMS team and Lowe's stores increasing the number of leads generated.
- Collect data on best practices and help implement new strategies to increase the efficiency of the SMS team. Craft and execute SMS development plans.
- Must consistently meet quotas for leads, iQuotes, and sales.
 
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in building a sales team, retail sales management preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree Required,
- A drive to succeed with a positive attitude and high energy – Results and Action Oriented
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Independent, self- motivated and organized
- Flexible and able to adapt
- Reliable access to transportation, as needed, to travel to/from multiple retail locations.

Binfer has no limitation on file size and quantity. You can send large files without any worry. See how to send large files.
