Overview

Our client is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst who will initiate,
detail, implement, and track clinical informatics based projects relating to
Ambulatory Informatics (EHR).

This is a fulltime employee position in Danbury, CT

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Contribute ideas and suggestions and participate in activities that
improve systems, processes and service for patients and customers.

* Monitor and evaluate feedback and data from patients and customers
to improve service and work unit's performance.

* Integral part of the design team for standardization of the staff
and provider user interface (notes, templates, tasks etc.)

* Develop metrics and dashboards for compliance with standard
workflows and user interfaces.

* Assess workflows, compliance with existing workflows, and redesign
process in current workflows.

* Train and implement system changes and workflows to deliver health
care at reduced cost and higher value.

* Adapt clinical guidelines and standards of care to workflow and
implementation within each practice.

Skills and Experience

* Bachelor Degree Required

* Minimum of three years job-related experience

* CT State LPN license, Med Assistant or EMS certification is
required; CT State RN license prefered.

* Experience in either an ambulatory clinical practice or acute care
setting practice

* Strong communication skills, ability to document and present ideas
articulately

* Ability to listen and understand providers and staff
