Maureen McGuire

Dr. McGuire has 30 years experience in assessing and coaching leaders in Fortune 500 companies here and abroad. She earned her Ph.D. in Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her M.A. from New York University.  Before her consulting practice she was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Oregon Health Science University and Albany Medical College leading programs that promoted women's health.  She uses 360-degree feedback and other inventories to provide clients with concrete She has helped companies by facilitating planning sessions and providing change management consultations and team building. . She has worked for Proctor & Gamble, Johnson Controls, Inc., The Kroger Co., and Johnson & Johnson She has partnered with Network of Executive Women, Health Businesswomen' Association, Bergen Workforce Initiative Board and the board of Tectronics.

 

Ed Dougherty

Ed Dougherty has an extensive management and human resources background, with a focus on organizational alignment, performance management and compensation issues. Early in 2003, he formed Effective HR, LLC, whose mission is to improve the strategic perspective, operational effectiveness and profitability of corporations, and to help non-profit organizations achieve maximum operational effectiveness and focus. This is accomplished through objective, insightful consulting services in the areas of operational effectiveness, organizational alignment analysis, performance management systems, compensation structure and market analysis, and strategic planning facilitation. He has also served in the following capacities: Executive Director, Garden State Council - SHRM at Society for Human Resource Management, Director-elect at Garden State Council - SHRM, and  Human Resource Consultant at N.E.C.A. 

 

Scott Wigley

Mr. R. Scott Wigley is a specialist in the development and delivery of high-impact coaching, learning and organization development solutions that create positive, sustainable change and improve business results. Presently, he serves as Manager, Training and Coaching at  He has led the development and implementation of transformative, enterprise- wide coaching and training programs for major banking and financial service organizations including American Express where he led the Global Executive Coaching Practice. Scott has also held leadership roles in sales, management, training and leadership development. Currently, he is a Marketing Coach at Prudential Financial. Prudential Financial.
