[itroundtable] LEAD: Order Audit Trail Sys - NYC - to 75/hr - to 4 wk contract

I have a requirement from a securities brokerage client to audit and
evaluate their processing for the Order Audit Trail System (OATS) as defined
by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). This is a project
that I have been doing annually for the last few years, but my scheduling
will not permit me to do the work this year, so I need to bring in some
talent.

Basically I needs someone who is very familiar with the Securities Industry
and has an IT background. The project will be about 2 to 4 weeks and is
downtown NY. There is no budget for travel. I would expect to pay
somewhere around $75.00 per hour.
