Datacenter operations professional with expertise in mainframe operations,helpdesk,and print support. I worked with EDS for past 15 years in manufacturing,financial,and retail environments. As a result of their merger with HP many positions were eliminated including mine.My strengths are excellent communications skills, consistently solve problems,and rarely escalate issues.
My accomplishments include development and implementation of an operations run book for operators in ISO 9000 format.My target companies are ones in the NY-NJ metropolitan area that have mainframe centers.
