Position Summary:
This individual will be responsible for requirements, systems analysis,
testing, and project management in support of the Investment Operations
business group within Investment Administration. Investment Operations is
responsible for the Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, Operations Services,
and Trade Operations functions, including support for a Tier-1 application
used for SWIFT communication.
This position requires a high level of interaction with the business users
as well as excellent communication and delivery skills. The candidate
should have domain knowledge from another asset manager or financial
services firm supporting an operations business group.
This role will report to the Manager of Investment Administration (IA)
Applications within Information Services (IS).
Key Responsibilities;

· Work with business partners to define, analyze and document
requirements, as well as set priorities for new initiatives.
· Document functional specifications for new systems and
enhancements.
· Coordinate the work of systems analysts, software developers,
database architects and vendors to design and implement robust technical
solutions.
· Work with external IS service providers in both the support and
project areas to optimize delivery and provide quality solutions; manage
consultants and coordinate contractor staffing.
· Plan and perform functional testing of new systems and
enhancements.
· Provide ongoing support including issue tracking and status
reporting.
· Work with external Business Process Outsourcing providers to
optimize technology flows between the vendor and the Firm.
Keys to this Position:
1. Strong hands on Lead Systems Analyst skills.
2. Domain knowledge: This candidate needs to understand (1) the lifecycle
of a trade and (2) the back office. Back office knowledge is needed in some
or all of these areas: Trade Operations (Swift), Corporate Actions,
Reconciliation and Cash Flows.
3. Project Management skills. This position requires strong Communication,
Client Relationship and Vendor Management skills.
4. Technical: The ability to query the database with SQL.
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Minimum 10 years experience in a financial services technology
environment.
· Domain knowledge of operations processes for a financial services
firm.
· Strong client relationship, communication, and analytical skills.
· Demonstrated experience in project management and business
analysis for medium to large initiatives.
· Demonstrated experience in formal software development
methodologies.
· Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical
production environment with rapidly changing priorities.
· Change Agent, creative, innovative and focused on continuous
improvements.
· Bachelor's degree is required
· Basic PL/SQL skills for data analysis required, plus willingness
to learn required
· Masters degree is a plus - CFA charter, or work towards one is a
plus

Position Summary:

The Client Applications IS group (ICA) is responsible for supporting and
providing technology solutions to our core front-office business functions,
namely our investment teams and our client facing teams. Within the ICA
group, the Client Applications IS team (75+ staff and consultants in the US,
UK, and Asia) provides and supports technology-based business solutions for
600+ global users in the Client Reporting, Relationship Management, Business
Development, Marketing, and Product Management teams.

The Client Applications team is seeking multiple Lead Systems Analysts to
define and deliver technology solutions to our client and market facing
teams. These positions require a high level of interaction with business
users. The Lead Systems Analysts will work with business users to identify
needs, conceptualize solutions, define requirements, perform detailed
systems analysis, and work extensively with the development team to deliver
the solution.

Roles exist for Reference Data, Client Reporting, and General Client
Applications Roles.

Candidates should have 10+ years of systems analysis experience in
investment management. Knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and Derivative
instruments are important for this role. A strong technical and database
background is required to enable them to play a hands-on analyst role.

Key Responsibilities;

· Partner with business teams to proactively identify the firm's
growing needs around content management in order to develop long-term
scalable solutions.
· Participate and lead working group sessions with various teams
across the business to identify business use cases and project success
criteria.
· Work with users to understand their requirements, define
innovative solutions to address their needs, prioritize opportunities for
new/improved capabilities.
· Document and implement systems requirements via Use Cases and
Functional Specifications
· Communicate project status and risks to the broader project team
· Provide input into system design to help the programming teams
define effort and implementation schedules for application development work.
· Ensure quality of product by enforcing high standards in testing
and building controls to measure the overall accuracy and timeliness of
delivery.
Keys to this Position:
1. 10+ years minimum work experience in a financial services
technology environment with a strong understanding of investment management
data (equity, fixed income and derivatives instruments and analytics) and
information delivery requirements. In addition, a strong understanding of
Reference Data, or Client Reporting or other Client Applications is
required, depending on the role.
2. Strong Oracle PL/SQL - SQL skills.
3. We are seeking Leadership skills as well. Person needs to be
delivery focused.
4. Strong Client Relationship skills are required. This individual
will partner with Business to understand business requirements.

Position Summary:

This individual will be responsible for the review and oversight of the
Information Services (IS) information security program. He/she will be
responsible for the strategy and direction of information security, policy
enforcement, periodic review, assessment, and development, as well as
facilitation of external inquiries, reviews, and audits.

Other responsibilities include working with architecture, build and operate
teams to implement security solutions, acting as subject matter expert on
information security across the firm, serve as Information Security Officer
for the Firm's Trust Bank, ensuring the design and operation of the IS
security program supports the firm's broader controls and risk management
framework and initiatives and acting as the Vice Chair of the business led
Information Security Working Group.

Key Responsibilities;

· Provide direction and strategy for Information Security globally
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver security

· Investigate gaps and recommend remediation plans to senior
management
· Act as the point person for external RFI's/RFP's, audit, and
regulatory requests related to the IS department and its security processes
and controls
· Access external information and benchmarks to assure industry best
practices and to assist in the anticipation of future issues
Keys to this Position:
1. This is a hands-on manager role that has an expertise in Information
Security. Having a CISSP or equivalent designation is required.
2. This individual will develop policies and procedures around Information
Security. Experience with Symantec and Oracle suites are highly preferred.
3. Experience with all layers of the Security Infrastructure stack
including network and Linux/Unix/Windows servers
4. Experience with Identity Management, Information Rights Management and
Data Loss Prevention technologies strongly preferred
5. Financial services are highly desired. A candidate from the NSA or an
Information Security vendor would be of interest.
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Expertise in information security and business operations and
processes, internal control risk management, internal controls, and related
standards (SAS70, ISO 17799, NSA IAM, etc)
· CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or
similar designation is required
· Strong technical and/or management background in information
technology systems/environments is required
· Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business
Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required
· Ability to communicate effectively across the organization and
with external clients, auditors, and regulators
· Experience with all layers of the security infrastructure stack
including network and linux/unix/windows servers
· Experience writing and implementing security policies & procedures
· A self-starter who can work with a collaborative style and
demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism
· Experience with Identity Management, Information Rights Management
