Position Summary:
Experienced, hands on application security focused individual that enjoys working in a fast paced dynamic environment. Must be fluent in secure coding best practices. Must have significant experience with application security analysis using automated tools such as Fortify 360, Rational AppScan and Qualys. Will be able to interpret results, understand ramifications and suggest options for remediation. Familiarity with network and host security tools and concepts will be beneficial. Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from development teams to business leaders..

We are looking for a very technical candidate who is comfortable in the application security space, and has the ability to communicate with the business community. The individual will need to work well in a fast paced development environment and maintain the ability to assess risks to applications and provide feedback and suggest solutions in a sensible manner while keeping in mind the agility necessary for our business to thrive. The candidate must be well spoken and articulate and should have the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the IT Development groups to guide and support secure development practices.
• Assist in providing the Business with risk assessments from the perspective of new application functional and non-functional requirements, as well as enhancements and changes to existing applications.
• Assist with maintaining the applications security infrastructure and ensuring continuity of our in-house assessments
• Assist in configuring, tuning and running the AppScan installations
• Assist in working with Operations teams, Infrastructure teams, and hosting providers to insure security is considered first and implemented properly

Experience Required:
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience assessing applications for security vulnerabilities
• Must be fluent with secure coding frameworks and best practices
• Knowledge of SANS top 25 and OWASP Top10 vulnerabilities
• Must have experience with code review using SCA tools such as Fortify
• Must have experience with testing executing code with applications such as Rational AppScan
• Must be familiar with platform testing with tools such as Qualys
• Must be comfortable with taking the output of a variety of assessment tools such as, but not limited to, those mentioned above, and explain the results with necessary remediation to both technical (Development) and non-technical (Business) people.
• Must be abile to shift gears rapidly and smoothly in order to facilitate handling multiple projects and tasks at one time, in support of the needs of the Business.
• Experience in decision making and ability to solve problems under pressure

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of Exec Administrative
experience. The candidate should also possess the following:
· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing demands and
responsibilities;
· Candidate must be collaborative and a team player;
· Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, dependability, and a high
level of urgency;
· Excellent organizational skills, superior proofreading capabilities
and the ability to prioritize effectively are a must;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills;
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office 2000 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Access) and Lotus Notes and the Internet;
· Candidate must be willing to learn new technology as the need arises;
· Ability to perform basic research is a plus;
· Ability to work independently with little supervision and under tight
time constraints;
· Ability to prioritize his/her own work and the work of others for
completion.
· Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Manager - Accounting Policy

Our client, a major global real estate investment firm is currently seeking
a "Big 4" manager to join their Accounting Policies Department. This
position will report to the Director, Accounting Policy.

Responsibilities:

. Assist with the technical review of deal and financing related
agreements

. Liaise with investment officers and asset managers to understand
business rationale for transactions

. Assist in ensuring compliance with debt covenants

. Assist in review and preparation of cash flow statements

. Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with relevant accounting standards

. Provide ongoing support to the financial close and reporting teams
