TWO IMMEDIATE POSITIONS
Location, Parisppany NJ
Rate $70 Corp to Corp ( less on W-2)

ONE RIGHT TO HIRE and ONE LONG TERM CONTRACTOR
FIN SERV type skills and personality
should know High availability High volume transaction servers MUST have SOA , Agile experience
building new applications from scratch , should have core Java Dev skills
tech architecture is done , as tech lead will build framework, design and code

7-10 years (average) of experience as a JAVA/J2EE senior developer; BS/MS in Computer Science/Mathematics preferred.
Technical lead will own this piece of the project , but not be leading people, be able to work independently
Smart driven head down hands on design and coding.

Has hands-on experience in developing SOA based solutions using ESB (Tibco JMS preferred)
Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns, UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Excellent Knowledge in relational databases such as Oracle 10g and experience with Hibernate and ORB tools a plus

Must be highly organized with excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation, and decision making skills.

•Must also demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to interface with all levels of business and technical teams.
•Must also demonstrate ability to readily adapts to new technologies and practices in the work environment
