Position Summary: 
Manage web-based projects utilizing established project management methodology to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within allocated budget, established timeframe and desired quality. Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all activities associated with small to medium-sized projects
 
Responsibilities:
·          Ensure the successful project execution and delivery of all project related activities including, but not limited to : Business Requirements, Stakeholder Communications, Project Planning, Status Reports and more. 
·          Monitor and communicate progress relative to scope, schedules, budgets and quality.  
·          Maintain issue logs, decision logs, status reports, meeting notes, project schedules.         
·          Oversee the deliverables of cross functional teams including Creative, QA, vendors and business resources
·          Execute the project as per PMO standards and best practices.
 
Job Experience/Skills and Competencies/Knowledge:
·          Minimum 3-5 years project management experience working in .COM preferred.
·          Experience with Marketing initiatives preferred.
·          Experience with content management tools is a plus.
·          Strong Leadership, Organization and planning skills
·          Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams
·          Proven Time Management Skills:  Experience prioritizing and executing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·          Proficiency in risk analysis and report preparation
·          Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external (vendor) groups in a clear, focused and concise manner
* Ability to communicate across all levels of organization.
* Proficient use of MS Project, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other project management tools required.
