This is a Business Professional Role for Eisai' Goverment, Compliance, Legal department. This is more business rather than a technical role.
Description:
1. Lead discussions with the Business and document requirements and workflows.
2. Write and document all necessary business requirements.
3. Document detailed requirements so the developers are able to incorporated requirements to the aggregate spend system
4. Applies structured design principles to the development of custom user solutions
5. Contributes and converts the tactical and strategic business objectives of clients into actionable items to assist them to achieve their business goals. Perform business process analysis, identify inadequate or inefficient systems and recommend alternatives to reduce cost or increase efficiency.
6. Ensures departmental compliance of all related systems. Ensures policies and practices are adhered to and if necessary direct internal or external resources in performing these tasks.
7. Ensures new business initiatives are defined, specifications and deliverables are identified; acts as project manager for business initiatives as needed; defines specifications and deliverables for work; defines work tasks for internal and external resources; manage internal or external resources in the completion of a task related to an area of activity or in some cases may perform the work themselves.
Requirements:
1) Business Analyst experience and business knowledge related to Government Pricing, Contracts, Compliance, etc.
2) Ability to manage own work schedule as well as additional project resources, taking into consideration outstanding tasks, resource availability and business requirements for meeting company goals and objectives.
3) Ability to provide solutions and workarounds in order to move projects along while continuing to meet business objectives.
4) Strong interpersonal skills, a good negotiator and communicator with strong written and oral skills.
5) Generally accepted good business practices in a research based Pharmaceutical company.
6) Experience with Data and Processing modeling tools and techniques using a formal methodology.
7) Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Design.
8) Understanding of relational database design principles, methodologies & techniques.
9) Initiative & ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal guidance or direction.
10) Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst. At least 2 years in Pharma
