Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst who will administer,
maintain, upgrade, monitor and test operating systems and hardware. This
individual will advise management concerning technical matters.

Major Accountabilities:

1. Evaluates, develops, and implements computer-based departmental
processes.

2. Develops and monitors quality indicators to ensure consistency and
quality of service.

3. Designs, codes, tests and implements application solutions and
implements interfaces between systems.

4. Monitors system capacity and performance.

5. Provides for continuity of service through the implementation of
backups and disaster planning.

6. Maintains records as required by auditing and regulatory agencies.

7. Evaluates existing and emerging technologies for the organization.

8. Customizes software packages and develops new programs to meet the
special needs of the organization.

9. Technical reference for various IT related project groups.

10. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.

11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

. Bachelor Degree and minimum of seven years or more job-related
experience.

. Experience implementing large-scaled integrated clinical systems.

. Requires knowledge of and ability to use Allscripts Touchworks,
Enterprise V11 EHR software.

. Hands on experience working in a clinical setting, i.e. medical office
is desired
