I wanted to check in with you regarding Project Manager position I am working on.  The opportunity is a fulltime with a major Pharmaceutical company in  Bridgewater, NJ.  They are seeking a  IT Project Manager.

Description:
Job Description -
·         The IT Project Manager will conduct business process analysis, partner with the business to select technology solutions, configure applications, design, test and support the deployment of systems in an effort to align the IT solutions with current and future business requirements. The role will be responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of IT projects in alignment with software development lifecycle methodologies and will also ensure that the projects are completed on time, with high quality standards, and within budget.
·         Provide functional and technical direction for solutioning around specific business requirements; Provide sales operations, contracting and medical education/Sunshine Act functional-specific expertise with regards to application setup and configuration.
·         Develop systems requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
·         Provide information and guidance around cross-functional dependencies and impacts for new functions and changes to existing technical capabilities
·         Investigate system options and recommend appropriate solutions to address requested functionality.
·         Advise in the development of test scenarios so that appropriate testing is conducted; participate in testing and resolution of any issues or problems.
·         Implement new and enhanced solutions in accordance with the SDLC and Change Control processes.
·         Design and implement technology enabled business solutions as an individual and as part of a team.
·         Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables; Define project tasks, resource requirements, and project budget estimates.
·         Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Qualifications -
Position Requirements:
·         A minimum of a BS degree in computer science or related field
·         A minimum of 5 years implementing and supporting Sales Operations, Contracting and MedEd Solutions, preferably for medical device or pharma
 Other Required Skills:
·         Minimum 6 years in an IT organization, preferably supporting medical device or pharmaceutical sales and marketing systems such as Event Planning, Sunshine Act Reporting, Contract Management (pricing & compliance), and Sales Operations etc.
·         Experience working with end-user clients and business-area process leaders of sales, marketing and medical education business functions to develop requirements for new and enhanced functionality
·         Deep project management skills with broad experience in design, development and deployment of IT projects
·         Experience in translating business requirements and issues into technology solutions
·         Strong interpersonal skills and experience working within a team environment across business functions. 
·         Demonstrated leadership skills in delivering results within project timelines.  
 Preferred Qualifications:
·         Demonstrated communication, presentation, and written skills.
·         Ability to multi-task and deal with changing deadlines.
·         Ability to interact with diverse functional and technical groups, spanning all organizational levels globally.
·         Demonstrated knowledge of technology processes.
·         Ability to troubleshoot complicated issues across multiple systems, regardless of architecture and driving the effort to a successful conclusion.
·         Ability to explain complicated technical solutions clearly to non-technical individuals.
·         Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with organizational units outside one's own reporting structure (i.e. internal clients and/or support organizations)
·         Ability to grasp new concepts and learn new skills quickly.
·         Demonstrated willingness to assume new responsibilities, and initiative.
·         Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
·         Demonstrated logic, problem solving, and decision making skills.
