Position: IT Contract Manager
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Please submit the resumes as per the industry standards.

The person should understand MSA/SoW and IT contract agreements in terms of Service Levels etc.
Below are some of the additional needs for this role.

Work with the Customer Contract Manager to manage and meet commitments, requirements, and expectations concerning the performance of the Services.
Manage the Services so as to achieve the Service Levels.
Understand how Supplier’s performance requirements relate to Customer’s business requirements and business objectives and educate Supplier Personnel on such dependencies.
Maintain operational compliance with the Service Agreement and relevant Customer Policies.
Coordinate the integration of Supplier’s service management processes and reporting of the Services with Customer’s service management standards, and deliver all Service Management Reports to Customer.
Maintain prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues.
