We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager to manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

designed, set up and managed a PMO or EPMO for a large complex program
direct experience managing at least 1 end-to-end business process transformation enabled by a complex ERP implementation
multiple engagements in which individual revenue managed was above 1 million dollars
led multiple program roadmapping design engagements as well as PMO maturity assessments
understanding and experience working governance structures for complex programs and organizations. Includes definition of ownership, accountability roles and responsibilities, decision making frameworks, gate approval process, program wide communications, formalized and standard program steering
been a workstream lead on one or more end-to-end PPM implementations using Planview, Clarity, Niku HP, Primavera or MS Project Server
end-to-end ERP implementation experience within common technologies across SAP and Oracle
sector experience in Healthcare, Energy and Utilities and/or Financial Services a plus
experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes
demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
a willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
a valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally

Description:
Project Administrator  responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of project management, including clerical support such as company correspondence, presentation and training materials, maintain calendars, set up meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and various other duties as needed. Gathering and organizing data is a common task. With experience and continuing professional development, they may lead or direct communications activities within the EPMO and DPMO.
