Ideal Profile:
- Candidate should have strong PM experience, should understand SDLC/PMLC, and is completely results oriented. Should have experience with all phases of SDLC and PMLC cycles and should be familiar with all deliverables on the projects that they've managed and completed. Must be result oriented and should be able to work under high pressure situations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple small to medium complexity projects and/or part of large complex project.
Key accountabilities are:
- Works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.
- Manages activities of small to medium complexity projects. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule
- Perform governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, initiation, planning, execution, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure to meet schedules.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC process. Must have managed full project life cycle.
- Management of Tier 3, Tier4 and Tier 5 projects (ranging in size from $100K to $2MM), including multiple internal applications and external vendors.
- Estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking and management of progress, issues, budget/financials, risk and resources.
- Accountability for project budget and timelines.
Skills:
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT projects. Full life cycle development experience. Experience with proven project methodology tools.
- Project status reporting, budget tracking, timesheet allocation and resource management.
- Ability to work in challenging and fast paced environment.
- Ensure all project deliverables like BRD, SRS, SDS, SDP..etc are completed and approved on time.
- Act as central point of contact and owner for all project activities until completely delivered and project is closed.
- Work closely with all project stakeholders and maintain excellent communication.
- Prior Business Analyst experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under high pressure situations with tight timelines. Should be go getter and result oriented.
- Ability to do nightly deployments for projects and BAU. Ability to work off hours when needed.
- Knowledge of application development, design, deployment and review processes.
- Knowledge of PEGA and Web services technologies and deployments will be nice to have.
- Ability to capture minutes, run meetings, publish action items, risks and issues. Follow up to close all action items.
- Tracking project financials, resources hours, actuals tracking and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Retail applications is plus.
- Knowledge of change control and change management procedures.
- Dynamic and result oriented.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Knowledge of Clarity is preferred.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC process. Must have managed all phases of the project.
- Managing multiple small to medium size projects at the same time.
- Need Technology PM background – Oracle 11G, Windows 7, VB, Software packaging, PEGA (preferred), Web services (preferred)
- Project deployment and software packaging and distribution process experience.
- Must have bachelor degree.
Financial industry experience is preferred.

KEY DUTIES:

REQUIRED:
