Our client in Mt Laurel, NJ is seeking a proactive, highly engaged Supplier Risk Analyst to complete supplier risk assessments ideally using Hiperos software.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Acts as a "power user" and key administrator of the SRM platform/tool used by Business Lines to complete supplier risk assessments. (Hiperos r.Portal)
· Becomes a key contact for Hiperos, able to support the business partners and answer questions about how to use it
· Create and maintains reports for management using the Hiperos r Portal
· Conducts data entry and queries on using the Hiperos r.Portal
· Supports Procurement Risk Managers in their overall responsibilities
· Supports various departmental initiatives and projects
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Acts as a contact point for business partners regarding the supplier risk management program
· Provides guidance and support to business partners in their monitoring of the risk and performance of their vendor relationships
· Coordinates the gathering of information from business and corporate areas, bank-wide related to supplier risk management
· Reviews and analyzes risk assessments received from business and corporate areas
· Logs client service interactions, documenting follow-up activities
· Researches pertinent information for department use
· Assists with the creation of presentations and associated materials including flowcharts
· Provides weekly updates on activities
· Experience with score carding a plus
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
· Supplier Risk experience; monitoring compliance, OR
· Operational risk, Supplier risk, Vendor risk management, procurement risk OR
· Vendor Manager responsible for managing relationship from a regulatory requirements standpoint.
· The successful candidate will have this experience working with or in a highly regulated industry.

Work collaboratively with the GIDA Transformation Lead to develop, manage and maintain ISA transformation plans. Familiarize self with relevant Citi policies/standards and analyze these texts to recommend substantive improvements to the policies/standards and serve as a SME for related issues. Assist the GIDA Transformation Lead in making recommendations to the program director and senior management on programs and strategy for the continued improvement, standardization and streamlining of ISA transformation programs. Transformation plans include: tasks/schedule, resources assignments, cost, quality assurance, communications, and risk and issue management.
• Coordinates integration of ISA standardization plans into project activities. Partner with the operations leads to implement the standardization plans at each fulfillment center location.
• Track actual schedule against the project estimates. Report significant variances and develop corrective action plans, as required.
• Interact with O&T and Business Management to support transition activities as needed.
• Interaction can include senior management.
• Communicate project plans and routine updates on project status and issues/risks to the project team, stakeholders and management.
• Handle routine status and metrics reporting; prepare presentations for Senior Management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor'
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in project management and business analysis with experience using a structured methodology. Prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience in O&T risk management and/or Compliance is preferred.
• Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with application developers
• Experience with drafting and analyzing corporate policy and standard documents
• Good understanding of systems development lifecycle
• Must have experience in managing global projects in a matrix organizational structure
• Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered on projects
• Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have good follow-up with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills
• Team player with good conflict resolution and influencing skills
• Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment
