Technical knowledge/understanding of VoIP, Diameter and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), SS7 and IP Networking.

Experience deploying wireless carrier class data application platforms.

requires delivery/implementation of core systems and application platforms to support delivery of IMS data & voice services over a 4G LTE network and development of operational support processes.

Experience managing large cross-functional teams in a multi-vendor environment.

Associates Degree is required, PMP Certified is preferred.

Manage all facets of large scale, cross functional technical projects with broad scope to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals;

Manages the implementation and testing in order to ensure completion of project as efficiently and effectively as possible;

Responsible for assisting with developing a communication plan as well as preparing communications about the program through multiple channels;

Requires a MINIMUM OF AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE, prefer Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area;

Have thorough understanding of project management concepts and techniques along with the skills to establish priorities and define, plan and execute the activities necessary to reach project objectives;

Must have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills; Must have experience writing and managing project plans, and other project documentation;

Job Description:

Security Operations Analyst. Candidates will perform solution development on
security tools. This is the Tier 1-2 Build group that integrates and
upgrades all devices that get integrated into the enterprise. The operations
Analyst will work closely with existing IT groups, specifically they will
work with Business Security Officers when there has been a Data loss and or
a security breach. The operations analyst will escalate these issues to
another security group for resolution. This team is the 1st level to
identify and escalate issues. They will aid in the design and development of
equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems. Candidates will be
working with the operations team. There are 14 people in the group. It is a
24/5 operation no weekends as of now. 3 Analysts are in NJ 2 are in CA and
the other 9 are in India. The Candidate will report to Manager of
Information Security Operations(Build Team). The Candidates main function
will be log collection and device integration into the EnVision tool. They
will also create and enhance correlation rules as well as Compile envision
capacity reports on a weekly basis they will also Log retrieval reports from
envision to support security investigations. Candidates will follow Change
Order process including obtaining necessary approvals and develop custom
reports using Crystal Reports. Candidates should have experience with RSA
EnVision and Crystal Reports (or equivalent) required.

Hours will typically be somewhere in the 8:00AM-6:00PM range Monday -
Friday. Candidates must pass a drug and background check.

Required Skills:

. RSA Envision experience

. Data Loss Prevention Experience

. 3+ years in Security operations
