| Job Description: A major Rating Agency located in New York City is looking for the Head Of Securities Conflict Monitoring. The ideal candidate would have managed a diverse team of compliance professionals and must have the ability to build a team and leverage the skills of each of the members of the team. Responsibilities: Must be familiar with running a senior trading function and other areas of the code of conduct, outside business activities, gifts entertainment. Must have the ability to track multiple exception reports and identify potential conflicts of interest. Must have the ability to move from one assignment to another and/or manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Candidate needs to approach the conflict review with the perspective of risk/reward and have a risk based approach to conflict identification. Experience: Candidate must have 10+ years of direct compliance experience. The position will report to The Chief Compliance Officer. An attorney with experience in the Financial Services is preferred but not required. Salary: The salary range is 175k to 225k plus a bonus and is based on experience.
