Digital Strategist
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Salary - Rate: $125 K and $50 – 60 HRLY for contract term
Work Authorization: US Citizen and Green Card Holder
Start Date: Immediate
Summary:
Multi-channel/Digital Strategist will be responsible for development and management of digital strategy for our clients. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of business and drive growth opportunities.
This individual should combine an ability to analyze business objectives and competitive landscape, while developing multi-channel strategies and leveraging rich background in the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate must also have extensive pharmaceutical experience and be well versed in consumer and HCP on-line behavior including online influencer outreach, online advertising and social media campaigns, and have functional knowledge of the tactical tools used to implement them.
Overall Responsibilities:
• Develop multi-channel strategy for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
• Drive digital vision, strategy and agenda
• Develop insight-driven strategic and tactical plans
• Plan and lead internal and client digital immersion programs
• Develop points of views on emerging media and technology
Knowledge and Skills:
• College degree or advanced degree in an associated field
• 8 + years of related experience in the digital marketing/communication industry
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare
• Strong understanding of digital space (media and marketing), senior agency experience required
• Experience partnering with IT to drive collaborative decisions
• Highly collaborative, influential, and creative, with advanced communication skills and leadership ability to work with teams a partner
• Experience in navigating complex organizations, creative problem solving, and rational experimentation
