vp/customer support

 

--nyc health care/dist firm

--10-15 + yrs exp

--5 + yrs at a dir or vp level

--exp with medical devices prefered

--exp with setting up processes for an ERP system

--exp with call center logistics

--knowledge of distribution systems [ lynksys wireless routers etc ]

--good customer support skills

--familiar with interactive phone systems

--ability to gather data and analyze date and produce reports for sr mgmt

--salary 125-150k range + bonus
