Seeking a System Archive Analyst for contract work in Peapack, NJ. The
candidate would be responsible for archiving systems and/or data into an
isolated virtual environment. This job requires a technical person that
has clear understanding of all aspects of application interoperability.
The job requires the archiving of GMP data, the candidate must be very
comfortable with documenting all aspects of the process and verification
steps.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple project

• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Communicating and collaborating the archive process to the business
owners and technical subject matter experts

• Analyzing the system and data scheduled for archiving defining the
specific archive process that will be followed

o Analyze interoperability of all the components of a system and it's
dependencies to provide recommendations on the best path to migrate it
into an isolated environment

o Analyze the data and/or databases structures to determine the best
path to migrate it into an isolated environment

• Diagnose and remediate migration issues

• Diagnose and remediate database migration issues

• Responsible for adhering to and documenting all procedures

• Recommend improvement to the existing archive procedures

• Develop and document new process as needed

• Be able to travel to any Global site to perform assigned duties
(Travel should be less than 1-3 times a year)

• Accurately track and report project hours

• Work with GMP and validated systems

Technical Job Responsibilities:

- Configure computer hardware, physical and virtual

- Configure interoperability between applications, databases and client
software

- Install and configure enterprise level software

- Install and Configure databases

- Setup systems required to facilitate the archiving and viewing and
presenting data

- Determining how to configure the archived system to work in an
isolated virtual environment.

- Migration of databases

- Verification of migration of data

- Troubleshoot computer and software issues

- Follow Standard Operation Procedures

- Execute technical verification test scripts

- Develop and write procedural technical protocols and test scripts

- Develop and write technical summary of activities

- Utilize tools to migrate to a virtual environment

- Administer virtual environments

Qualifications:

- Requirements:

• Detail oriented

• Strong organization skills

• Demonstrated experience configuring & troubleshooting the
interoperability between applications, databases and client software

• Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of staff and
management

• Working knowledge of virtual environments

• Expertise in the use and administration of Microsoft Windows Server
technologies

• Expertise in the use and administration of Linux

• Database experience

• Experience with installing, configuring databases (Oracle, SQL)

• Importing of database across different platform environments

• Troubleshooting database issues

• Must have valid passport

• International travel may be required (estimated travel is 1-3 times a
year)

• Determining how to navigate an application that you may not be
familiar with

- Plus:

• Experience changing configuration of systems from authenticating on a
network to local

• Experience working with hardware dongles

• Experience with different virtualization tools, such as:

• Platespin Migrate

• VMware Converter

• Acronis Backup and Recovery

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Experience with GMP documentation

• Experience working with Linux

• MCSE, DBA, Linux +, A+ Certification
