External Reporting. The Manager will report to the Director of External Reporting and
will help to build a world-class Financial Reporting Group as part of the Controller;s Dept.
Responsibilities:
Review and preparation of 10Q's, 10K's, BK's, Proxy, XBRl and other SEC Filings.
Implementation of SEC Reporting Requirements to various accounting functions.
Compliance with SEC Financial Reporting Rules and Regulations.

The Role

The Technical Editor provides editorial services and support to all Technical Content Management staff, in addition to release publishing support. The Technical Editor cultivates cooperative relationships with the technical writing staff and serves as a resource on writing, editorial, and production issues. Specific responsibilities include:

Technical Support Representative Level III - NYC

Provide technical support to Information Builder’s customers and employees with application deployment, debugging and problem determination. JOB SUMMARY:

The Education Account Manager (EAM) is a member of the Information Builders (IB) Corporate Sales Staff.  S/he is expected to develop a strong knowledge about the Information Builders education, software and services product lines.  The EAM should be able to properly advise and recommend appropriate training services for customers within an assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION SALES AND DELIVERY
* Sell training in concert with the Account Executives and local sales teams.
* Analyze business and education sales to identify opportunities to increase sales growth.
* Promotes the value of education to both the IB software sales team and customers as a necessary component to their overall long-term success.
* Monitor all sales opportunities that the sales teams are working on.  Ensure that education is included in the initial deal or that there is a plan in place to ensure that education will be sold prior to deployment.  Encourage the sales teams to include education in every new name account.
* Manages and oversees the utilization of sold Education Packages (EdPacks, WF Developer Bundles, etc.).
* Initiates the processing of all education related paperwork to support the sales effort.
* Assists sales team by providing information to fulfill customer RFPs and RFIs.
* Oversees the development of the public training schedule in their sales territory.
EDUCATION PLANS

EDUCATION OUTREACH

Job Title:                    Education Account Manager

Reports to:                 Education Sales Support Director
                                             
JOB SUMMARY:

The Education Account Manager (EAM) is a member of the Information Builders (IB) Corporate Sales Staff.  S/he is expected to develop a strong knowledge about the Information Builders education, software and services product lines.  The EAM should be able to properly advise and recommend appropriate training services for customers within an assigned territory

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION SALES AND DELIVERY
* Sell training in concert with the Account Executives and local sales teams.
* Analyze business and education sales to identify opportunities to increase sales growth.
* Promotes the value of education to both the IB software sales team and customers as a necessary component to their overall long-term success.
* Monitor all sales opportunities that the sales teams are working on.  Ensure that education is included in the initial deal or that there is a plan in place to ensure that education will be sold prior to deployment.  Encourage the sales teams to include education in every new name account.
* Manages and oversees the utilization of sold Education Packages (EdPacks, WF Developer Bundles, etc.).
* Initiates the processing of all education related paperwork to support the sales effort.
* Assists sales team by providing information to fulfill customer RFPs and RFIs.
* Oversees the development of the public training schedule in their sales territory.
EDUCATION PLANS
* Develop an education plan for each key account within their territory, where it makes good business sense.  Knowledge of the customer, how they currently use our technology and their expansion plan is important to the development of this plan.  The Education Plan can also be used as a service to the customer to help guide them in a direction that:
1. Helps them to fully leverage our technology and increase adoption rate.
2. Solidifies IB as a true business partner. .
3. Builds our revenue base within the account.
* Assists management in planning, coordinating and implementing targeted telephone, email and other advertising campaigns and events, promoting education.
EDUCATION OUTREACH

* Communicates frequently with Information Builders customers, both external and internal.
* Presents “education value statement” to customers and IB sales staff by attending local, regional and national Information Builders User Meetings.
* Actively seek to build alliances with other IB employees to help promote and create awareness of Customer Education.
* Review course evaluations and follow-up with customers if there are any concerns.
* Develops customer success stories and references.
* Help increase attendance to national Information Builders User meeting.
* Travels to remote branches on a timely basis to meet with the local sales team, and visit customers.
* Develop and distribute education sales tracking reports to ensure the rest of the organization is informed about education initiatives and progress.
* Keeps abreast of new education and software products and respective solutions.
* Assist with development of customer facing collateral.
* Must be able to travel 25-40% of the time.

QA Automation Engineer - NYC

Minimum Education Requirements: BS/BA degree in computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that Quality Assurance processes are implemented and followed
Develop and maintain frameworks and infrastructure to support test automation
Support all QA personnel with their automation needs using tools such as Test Architect, Grinder, SOAPUI, QTP etc.
Mentor all QA personnel in GUI test automation
Develop Automation libraries for all QA personnel as needed
Research support for new browsers for automation tools
Primary contact with test automation tool vendor to support all tool related issures
Delegate and manage tasks to our offshore resources
Optimize resource utilization in terms of hardware/software for the automation runs in our infrastructure by coordinating with systems admin

Job Qualifications:
Must have developed test automation in interactive web pages using Web 2.0, HTML4 and 5, JavaScript, Flash and Mobile Technologies
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and a passion for delivering quality systems
Good knowledge of SQL type databases
Familiarity with all standard windows output formats including, but not limited to the latest versions of Microsoft Office and PDF
Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC and processes
Experience working with remote staff

Required Skills:
At least five years of experience working with software automations tools
Strong knowledge of Perl/VB/Jscript
Good knowledge of Java
Working experience with web/application servers such as Tomcat, Websphere, and Weblogic
Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts; Unix and windows OS
Experience automating web services applications
Strong knowledge of automation tools such as QTP, Test Architect and others
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
Must be proactive

Desired Skills:
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and applications
Experience with Web Focus a plus
