Job Description

The Global Contract Administrator will provide global support for all aspects of the customer's contract. She/he will work closely with the Sales staff to ensure proper recording of the customer billing transactions. She/he will have to prepare periodic reports utilizing multiple information sources for management review. This individual should be a detail-oriented person that is able to multi-task.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Required to obtain contract details prepared by the salesmen for contract setup and ensure their completeness.
  • Entry of the contract with accurate customer information and contract details.
  • Ensure that paperwork for all contracts is accurate and attached to invoices for customer files.
  • Process monthly/weekly invoices to customers.
  • Input invoices online for payment processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on the salesmen system (CRM).
  • Prepare monthly spreadsheets for the salesmen contract status.
  • Perform all other tasks and/or duties necessary to adequately fulfill the position's responsibility or as assigned by the position's immediate supervisor.

  • Takes on additional assignments while maintaining accuracy and quantity.
  • Completes projects and assignments on schedule.
  • Recognizes and performs tasks that need to be completed although not directly assigned.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in investigating problems and formulating solutions.
  • Assists others (mostly salesmen) with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Great Plains and other desktop applications (willing to train).

Job Requirements

  • Education: Require Associate Degree in Accounting; or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience.
