If you'll pardon the slight rant tone of this post, I'm getting pretty tired of age discrimination against applicants and the lengths applicants then go to in order to make themselves more attractive to companies that are unlikely to consider them simply because of their age. Technical Recruiting Associates and Business development associates
IRIS Software Inc is hiring Business development associates and Associates for Technical recruitment. Associates will undergo class room and on the job training. They will be trained in technical recruitment and sales in the IT staffing business during their training period. Employees will have an opportunity to either become a technical recruitment team member or sales team member at the end of the program. The selection of associates to sales or technical recruitment stream will be based on their capability and talent after completing the training program and final assessment.
Training Program will be run in IRIS Edison office facility, after completing the training associates will work in either NYC or Edison, NJ offices.

Responsibilities:
 Responsibility during the training program
o Training to get certified by in-house training manager.
o Training to get certified OJT program by in-house training manager.
 Post training responsibility for Technical recruitment Associate
o Conduct and execute full life cycle of the recruitment process.
o Use skills in sourcing, identification, and screening, assigning technical tests, negotiating and deploying resources.
o Work through networking, referrals and use Internet based recruiting tools like job boards (i.e.: Monster, DICE, LinkedIn and others).

IRIS offers a great Base salary + commissions and incentives. Successful candidates will have opportunities managing existing clients and doing new business development in various business verticals - Banking/Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Media, and more.

Responsibilities: Business Development for expanding our Professional Services footprint in the Tri-state market
 Perform consultative sales process with senior client management.
 Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate sales decision-making process and overcome objections to closure.
 Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements: 5 + years of sales experience of which at least 2-3 years in B2B sales.
 Selling services and products to large corporations.
 Selling experience in the staffing industry or a related IT service or hardware or training industry is nice to have, but is not necessary. Skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed.
 Bachelor's Degree Required.
 A results oriented self starter who can multi-task and be motivated to exceed targets, goals and expectations. Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
