This individual must be able to manage all ERP LX data pertaining to the supply chain including item master, BOM, routings, DRP, shop order tables, and planning data. Knowledge of formulas, formatting, graphs, v look up and pivot tables a must.

Responsibilities
* Develop production schedules for assigned plants that meet multiple goals including Service levels, Capacity and Inventory targets.

* Perform distribution requirements planning and execute stock transfer when necessary.

* Manage all ERP LX data pertaining to the supply chain. This includes item master, BOM, routings, DRP relationships, shop order table and facility planning data.

* Manage inventory turns to improve service and minimize aged/obsolete inventory.

* Monitor on a daily basis the implementation of the detail schedule for each assigned work centers ensuring that there are no short or late shipments.

* Manage assigned outside warehouses for various tasks, such as shop orders, billing and inventory adjustments.

Requirements

* Business Degree and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Planning/Analyst experience in a manufacturing setting.

* Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.

* Requires strong inter-personal, communication and analytical skills.

* Ability to make logical and accurate decisions using the best available information.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities and anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with VP/ Project Leader to develop detailed project plans and schedules for Facilities Construction Projects.
* Execute capital projects on time and budget with zero EHS events while maintaining a high level of coordination and communication with stakeholders.

* Utilize input from other Engineers to coordinate project phases and coordinate with other ongoing projects.

* Responsible for field and project engineering, quality control, contract administration, shop drawing review, submittals, scheduling, and related support functions including change order management- administering, pricing, submission and tracking.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
* PMP and or CT PE Certification is desirable
* Minimum of 5- 10 years in facility and project engineering and manufacturing process improvements
* Experience with capital improvements, estimates, budgets, installations, bids, and construction management
* Experience with OSHA, GMP and Safety protocols
* Ability to interface with ERP systems, utilize Microsoft Project or equivalent, and generate project cost reports.

The Application and Infrastructure support specialist will be responsible
for the day to day operations of *End user application support as well as
Infrastructure support* including Phone support, desktop support, network,
hardware and software support. Enterprise end user account administration,
Server maintenance, Specifically, the equipment this individual would be
working with daily would include but not be limited to *PC's, laptops,
servers, printers and appliances*. The application and Infrastructure
support specialist will use their experience and education to ensure a
consistent, scalable and high quality product to our user community, in
both local and remote scenarios.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

- Effectively interact with customers of all technical skill levels to
define, research, and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
- Communicate and resolve technical issues via phone, email and Remote
Support.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, user services
reps and managers.
- Provide timely updates to customers, colleagues, and management on the
status of outstanding issues. Convey customer feedback to appropriate
internal channels.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend
specific products and solutions and/or to escalate the call appropriately.
- Monitor enterprise systems with regard to performance, reliability and
capacity and execute appropriate changes as needed.
- *Perform common administration tasks on critical server, network and
peripheral equipment, ensuring industry standard configurations and
security models.*
- The Support specialist will be responsible for the day to day support
and operation of corporate technology devices, processes and users
contained within or connected to the network.
- Specifically, the equipment this individual would be working with
daily would* include but not be limited to PC's, laptops, servers,
mobile phones, printers, switches, routers and appliances.*
- Ensure a consistent and high quality build process (system image) for
end-user devices.
- Manage assigned projects through their full lifecycle, from
envisioning and design to implementation and testing.
- Assist in managing company asset and software licensing inventory,
ensuring accuracy and completeness. This may also include provisioning and
deploying end user equipment and peripherals.
- Act as an advocate and driver of security initiatives and standards
- A successful person in this role must be comfortable with taking on
responsibilities as required and continually looking for opportunities to
improve the enterprise technology infrastructure.

*TECHNICAL SKILLS*

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is
required
- Experience administering a *Microsoft Active Directory environment *and
subordinate services (ie DNS, DHCP, IIS, IAS, etc)
- Strong skills with Microsoft Operating Systems including Servers/
Applications specifically Win-7, MS-office, office 365, Microsoft Exchange
/ Outlook, Manage Engine, and Avamar,
- *Exposed to Cloud Computing Technologies (VMware/HyperV) EMC Back-up
Storage and SharePoint and intranet.*
- Working knowledge of a range of infrastructure support tools
including *Active
Directory, Power-Shell, and Third Party diagnostic tools for Virus related
issues.*
- A general understanding of Cisco networking methodologies and standard
design principles
- Preferred any one or two certifications with MCSE, CCNA, Security +,
and A+.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft desktop Operating Systems (XP, 7)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft server Operating Systems (2k3, 2k8)

*REQUIRED COMPETENCIES*

- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
- Health care experience preferred.
- Strong Application Support, Customer Support, communication skills.
- Self-driven; works well independently
- Team player; collaborate; works well with others; contributes ideas to
larger team but also comfortable taking direction from others
- Mature, credible, comfortable with problem resolution and managing
conflict
- Willing to take on any task in order to achieve desired results
- Previous Desktop support / Application Support experience in a
fast-paced environment
- Win-7/Win-8, MS Windows Server platforms. Knowledge mobile platforms
(Windows Mobile, iPhone, Android, a plus
- Familiarity with remote access software, Ticket tracking system
