Subject: Referral Fee of $2,000: IT Business Development Sales Professional Needed in Miami, FL

Scott:

Hope you are well. We are connected on LinkedIn.

I have a client of mine of who is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager for a client of mine that sells IT solutions in Miami dealing with the North American territory.

I am paying a $2,000 referral for anyone who can refer me to the person that my client hires.

· Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 plus bonus which doubles salary = Total package $260,000. No caps on bonus. Vacation time starts at 4 weeks, plus 10 public holidays. Excellent Medical benefits, etc.

· 5 years - 10 years in North American IT Sales with a "Hunter" mentality

· Must be able to sell to end users vs. channel

· Must have a "Hunter" mentality - Someone that understands how to start or develop a new region Must have solid experience selling to the end user, not just channel sales.

· Degreed in IT or related field (i.e. Engineering)

· Someone with a Type A personality that has a strong and efficient sense of business development

· Territory: North America

· Location: Miami (Local candidates preferred)

Who do you know that would fit those requirements?

I look forward to your feedback.
