Job Title: Business Analyst IT III
Location: NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ

Job Description:
 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Social Media Project Manager for managing/assisting with implementation of the following:
o Facebook-like features (liking/commenting)
o Multimedia components (Tech Tips video podcast series with a Flip Camera)
o Video Hosting integration (co-lead, partnering with off-site vendor)
o My.jnj.com component(partnering with I/T Shared Services)
• Researches and recommends best-in-class examples for employee engagement
• Manages I/T Blogging community and incoming requests for new group blogs:
o Liaison to I/T Blogging community
o Becomes new I/T Blogger
o Manages their metrics
• Designs architecture, layout and page flow for new offerings:
o Business Unit I/T pages (like ITLT One I/T pages)
o I/T Blog Enhancements
• Gathers feedback in global focus groups; conducts usability studies:
o 1-1s, Live Meetings, Global Connect meetings, surveys
o Partners with Business Units and internal/external agencies
• Determines opportunities to optimize current environment/processes:
o SharePoint workflow
o Departmental Team Site capabilities
• Assists with managing and maintaining content pipeline and production schedule:
o Manages expectations of content contributors
• Assists with management of online news, blogs, wikis, media gallery, etc.:
o Ensures QA/QC is done to standard for new content
o Maintains online publishing standards and develops monitoring procedures
o Edits and publishes content on portal
• Assists with producing large global Webcast events (Global I/T Town Hall)
• Assists with technical enhancements to key internal projects:
o HR-I/T Leadership Series
o Special Edition
• Assists with producing monthly Google Analytics reports
• Assists with event communications for Global I/T Recognition program.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree in I/T, Communication, Journalism, English or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and prioritization is required
• HTML programming expertise is required
• Experience with Web content publishing tools (e.g., MS SharePoint) is required
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Communication field is preferred
• I/T Communication industry experience is preferred
• Global experience is preferred
• Cross-functional team experience is preferred
• Experience in producing large Web events is preferred
• Video production expertise is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to see both big picture and detail, and ability to translate business requirements into solutions is required
• Organization and time management skills and ability to work with associates and business partners of all levels (up to CIO level) are required.
