Role Description:
Support PGE Engineering Operations programs through development and deployment of systems, tools and documentation for managing, tracking, monitoring and reporting of key program elements. Engineering Operations programs include but are not limited to the Global Energy & Climate Change Program and the Global Reliability Program.

Responsibilities:
Work with site and center resources to:
• Maintain performance systems and metrics
• Assist with developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, eRoom areas and distribution lists.
• Gather and analyze information needed to generate reports that inform management of the current status of Engineering Operations programs objectives.
• Provide analysis of historical, current and future trends and performance
• Maintain integrity, accuracy, accessibility, and reliability of data and information and associated reporting.
• Develop and maintain calendar for coordinating regular Community of Practice, Common Interest Group and Limited Duration Team teleconferences, WebEx's, and meetings. 
• Develop and maintain systems and records as needed to track and report on Program expenditures.
• Maintain systems needed to collect, organize and communicate good practices.
• Support the development and submission of Balanced Scorecard measures and other metrics as needed
• Maintain systems to manage recognition program nomination submissions, evaluations and awards
• Analyze trends to support evaluation, decision-making, and operational improvements.
• Ensure the use of standardized reports
• Provide training on use of Engineering Operations programs systems and tools
• Maintain Program documentation
• Serve as system administrator for Pfizer Energy Website System, including:
• Subject Matter Expert for Energy Website System
• Provide training to system users
• Gatekeeper of the Security Access to the system
• Responsible for the performance of the Energy Website
• Track key system use metrics
• Maintain and manage tracking system for monitoring system issues and change requests

Skills:
• Architecture or Facilities Management   Desired  4-7 Years Intermediate

• Social Media Project Manager for managing/assisting with implementation of the following:

• Manages I/T Blogging community and incoming requests for new group blogs:

• Designs architecture, layout and page flow for new offerings:
o Business Unit I/T pages (like ITLT One I/T pages)
o I/T Blog Enhancements

o Partners with Business Units and internal/external agencies
• Determines opportunities to optimize current environment/processes:

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS degree in I/T, Communication, Journalism, English or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and prioritization is required
• HTML programming expertise is required
• Experience with Web content publishing tools (e.g., MS SharePoint) is required
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Communication field is preferred
• I/T Communication industry experience is preferred
• Global experience is preferred
• Cross-functional team experience is preferred
• Experience in producing large Web events is preferred
• Video production expertise is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to see both big picture and detail, and ability to translate business requirements into solutions is required
• Organization and time management skills and ability to work with associates and business partners of all levels (up to CIO level) are required.
