One resume carefully aimed at the target produces much better results than
ten scattershot resumes that don't hit the mark.

The fastest way to get a new job is to send out as many resumes as possible,
right? Higher numbers, higher odds, sort of like the lottery, right? From
the amount of totally off-the-mark resumes I receive, I know a lot of people
believe that, but in my opinion, when it comes to applying to jobs, it's
always about quality, and never about quantity.
