Position Summary;

This role will report to the Chief Technology Officer. This individual
would focus on client's Core Applications providing software application
implementation, integration & support. This role will work closely with
client's Senior Software Developers & Architect as well as other Information
Technology and Business staff. From project to project, the person in this
role will take explicit direction from project sponsoring Business leaders,
which include: Sales, Operations & Compliance; as well as, Global Equity and
Macro Strategies. Sometimes this will entail consensus building and
requirements gathering, while at other times, it will require a heads-down
focused development effort.

This is a very senior technical role that requires significant business and

Key Responsibilities:

· Support, build and integrate proprietary applications, as well as,
integrate 3rd party vendor systems into client's systems environment as a
primary responsibility.
· Support of business-oriented services, including a role in the
early morning providing oversight of daily jobs & data loads as a secondary
role.
· Provide day-to-day support, tactical support & development, as

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Senior-level experience - Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF),
C# and SQL Server; some background in Visual Basic (VB6) would be helpful;

Delivery, Cash Management and Portfolio Accounting concepts important
· At least 15 years of Application Development experience with,

Position Responsibilities – Summary

The Investment Administration Applications team is seeking a Senior Systems
Analyst who will be responsible for requirements, systems analysis, testing,
and project management for initiatives supporting the Fund Administration
(FA) group within Investment Administration (IA). The FA group is
responsible for Prime Broker Service Operations, Client Reporting, and Trust
Pools Settlement Processing.

The position requires a high level of interaction with the business users as
well as excellent communication and delivery skills. The candidate should be
a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of
assignments in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people at all
levels in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business and systems partners to define, analyze
and document the requirements and test cases
· Plan and perform functional testing of new systems and
enhancements
· Support development and QA teams as a subject matter expert
· Work with users to prioritize needs and manage expectation and
communication needs
· Facilitate implementation of business solutions aimed at process
efficiency, data quality improvements and simplifying business work flow

Required Skills and Competencies:

Keys to this Position:
1. Strong Systems Analyst skills are required (i.e. gathering requirements,
writing functional specs, support, testing etc.)
2. Technical: SQL is required. The individual needs to have a good
understanding of the data model. Knowledge of Java and Weblogic are nice to
have as the individual will be working with 4 developers.
3. Domain knowledge: The candidate needs to have Financial Services
experience. Back Office domain experience such as knowledge of Mutual
Funds, Hedge Funds, Fund Accounting or Fund Administration is a big plus,
but not a requirement.
4. Strong Communication skills are required. This is a client facing role
interacting directly with the Back Office as well as external clients (i.e.
State Street, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs).

Performance Analytics reporting system. The system is a large, complicated
web-based application with numerous stakeholders within the business. The
project team currently consists of a product manager, project manager,
several business analysts and five developers. The candidate will need to
hit the ground running with minimal training, and should be familiar with
the latest Microsoft technologies, C# in particular (see requirements
below). The candidate will be expected to participate in architectural
discussions, ensure stakeholder needs are met, and contribute to developing,
and enforcing control processes for quality software development.

Preparing you for a Green Tomorrow

The Green Enterprise Training Institute is a cooperative training program
produced by the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation and the
Workforce Development

One Stop Center in Newton and the Minuteman Technical/Career Center. GETI
focuses on education and training in green energy efficiency skills and in
the leadership tools to create new green enterprises. Initial classes are
in Waltham and continue at Minuteman Technical Center in Lexington.

Interested participants will experience a new program focus on diagnosing
homes and small businesses for energy loss, training in diagnostic
equipment, air sealing gaps, and evaluating barriers to a healthy home
(internal air quality and toxic agents). The concluding week involves an
on-site evaluation of a home with team presentations. The course also
incorporates an introduction into Green Small Business Development.

Green Jobs: Energy Efficiency Training -This program trains participants to
transition into green energy efficiency jobs. After completion of this
program, participants receive a certificate, job counseling, and placement
assistance.

This course meets twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and begins June 28
2011 and concludes on July 21. 2011
