Neighbors Helping Neighbors, an area job support and networking group, is offering “Coping with Job Loss: Letting Go and Moving On,” presented by Cynthia Clark at Bergenfield Public Library on Tuesday, August 16 at 7 p.m.  Cynthia Clark, president of Career Quest Coaching of Westwood, is a human resources consultant with more than twenty-five years experience training, recruiting and providing career and executive coaching.

“I’ve found in my practice that people who have not made peace with losing their jobs can’t get going on to the next chapter: the job search,” says Clark.  Clark will address dealing with job loss as a significant loss like any other.  Her talk will concentrate on practical tips for how to move on to a robust job search.

Career Quest Coaching specializes in working with individuals in transition with a focus on resume design, job searching and interview preparation.  Prior to establishing her own consulting organization, Clark held management positions at Deloitte Touche and served as a Vice President of JP Morgan Chase.  While at Chase, she served as the head coach for the Metropolitan New York retail branches.

Clark is a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a member of the American Society for Training and Development and a member of the International Coach Federation.

This program is free and open to the public.  To register e-mail John Fugazzie at johnrfugazzie@aol.com or phone 201-262 0103.  For more information about the speaker see www.cynthiaclarkconsulting.com.  For more information about Neighbors Helping Neighbors phone the Bergenfield Library at 201-387-4040.
