Position Responsibilities – Summary

An experienced senior network engineer is needed to provide the Network
Services team with complimentary skills to support the user community.
Candidates will posses expertise in managing a complex LAN and WAN
environment across numerous business units and geographical locations.
Candidate should be experienced in advanced network deployment and support
in a multi-vendor environment.
Extremely strong logistical skills and the ability to manage many
deployments at the same time is critical. Strong accountability,
analytical, process, organizational and communication skills are a must in
this role.
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Provide Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 network support for a complex
enterprise WAN and LAN network
· Troubleshoot and identify sources of problems, working with
equipment vendors and telecom providers to bring issues to resolution.
· Monitor and resolve service requests in accordance with published
SLAs.
· Must possess strong leadership qualities
· Strong communications skills across many concurrent deployments
with the ability to communicate details to the project teams and clearly
communicate status to management
· Establish and enforce best practice processes for network
management, including configurations, monitoring, patch management and
security
· Oversee hardware deployments for domestic and international
initiatives
· Oversee compliance with change control and release management
processes
Keys to this Position:
1. Technical: We are seeking a strong Network Engineer with the following
strengths: Cisco, CatOS, IOS and NxOS switches, and GSS.
2. Also advanced working knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP
and RIP.
3. We will look at a strong Network Engineer that is not yet at the Senior
level, but has very strong aptitude.
Required Skills and Competencies:
· Advanced Working knowledge (from a management perspective) of
complex LAN and Wan environments, including VoIP. Cisco device programming
and troubleshooting including routers CatOS and IOS switches, ASA, ACE, CSS,
VPN and wireless. Knowledge of Riverbed Steelhead, Infoblox DNS and F5 DNS
is a plus. Avaya VoIP is a plus.
· Advanced working knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF and
BGP.
· 5+ years Cisco networking experience
· Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communications, peer
training and written documentation
· Strong inter-personal skills
· Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when
required)
· Focused on quality
· Organized
· Committed to continual improvement
· Willingness to travel as required to remote sites during large
deployments, as needed.
· Willingness to participate in on call rotation.

Preferred Skills:

The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business users and IT teams
to design and implement an enterprise architecture to support the needs of
the business. He will discover, analyze and develop reusable assets that can

will write and edit content for white papers, quarterly client publications,

and editorial style.

Key Responsibilities:

· Write original content for publications distributed to the firm's

Required Skills and Competencies:

· At least 10 years of professional writing experience, including at
least 5 years of writing experience in an asset management or other
investment-related company, or an agency serving the investment industry.

· Exceptional writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in writing
for a variety of audiences. Some editing and proofreading experience.

· Strong understanding of investment concepts and market and
economic trends. Ability to translate complex financial concepts.

· Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal
stakeholders and to convey credibility when working with investment
professionals.

· Experience writing for the Web

Keys to this Position:

1. We need someone with extensive experience writing for institutional
marketing -- very complex, detailed, sophisticated content development such
as white papers, speech writing, and "thought leadership" pieces.

2. The writer needs to be very knowledgeable about institutional
investments and this person will be meeting face to face with their
investors so needs to know how to speak their language and be articulate.

3. Writers may have worked for large investment companies such as MFS,
State Street Global Advisors, Pyramis (the Institutional side of Fidelity),
Eaton Vance, S&P, GMO, Goldman, JP Morgan Asset Management Etc. We will also
look at an agency person as long as they've done longer complex pieces and
have worked on institutional financial services, and we are also interested

quality tools like FindBugs, Clover, Fisheye and Crucible - Development
experience in Java.

· Strong analysis, design and modeling skills

· Strong knowledge and experience with message technologies (e.g.
JMS)

· Strong knowledge and experience with frameworks (e.g. Spring)

· Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and
their effective application

· Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced,
