Java Developer:
Responsible for design, implementation, and support of Java/J2EE and Perl
based web applications to help fulfill Client'*s enterprise Content
Management strategy. - Design, implement, unit, integration testing and
support J2EE based applications and services. - Contribute to the review and
analysis of business requirements. - Collaborate on architecture and
technical design discussions. - Perform and participate in code reviews,
peer inspections and technical design/specifications. - Document and review
detailed design.
J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB) JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, Perl, Oracle (Relational
Database), SQL/PLSQL, XML/XSLT, Web Services - Experience in software
development in web based application architecture/technologies - Excellent
software development and design fundamentals - Relational Database

Sr.Data Warehouse Tester:
This candidate will work with BIC Team and Data Warehouse developers
throughout the software development cycle to develop and document test
strategy and plan. Develop and implement efficient and effective test plans
including detailed test cases based on project artifacts, such as business
requirements, functional specifications, source to target mappings, analytic
specifications and technical specifications for Data Warehousing
environments. Develop complex SQL scripts that validate business
requirements and source to target mapping within the data warehouse. Use
source applications to research data quality concerns in the Enterprise data
warehouse to explain discrepancies in data or to identify issues in
translation and load of the data stored in the Enterprise Data Warehouse
Define and develop appropriate controls to monitor quality of daily and
weekly data loads. Automate the controls where possible to ensure consistent
and efficient testing of the on-going data load. Effectively document
defects using automated defect tracking tool.
8+ years of software test experience 5+ years of ETL testing experience 1 -
2 years management or lead responsibilities Strong backend testing from a
data warehouse environment Strong skills writing complex SQL queries
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL processes, and general knowledge
of Business Intelligence) Ability to train, mentor and guide others.

On another list, there's been a couple of emails about LinkedIn privacy settings that have crept onto their system in the recent past.
After you login, from the drop down menu under your name in the upper right corner select Settings, then look at two of the boxes near the bottom: Account; and Groups, Companies and Applications.
Account has "Manage Social Advertising" and "Turn on/off enhanced advertising". Groups, Companies and Applications has "Turn on/off data sharing with 3rd party applications" . All these were on by default for my account.

Project : Multichannel Management Strategy
The Project : Multichannel Management Strategy will be part of a team focused on developing strategies and executing strategic projects that enhance the way we interact with physicians across different channels (web, telephone, mail).
As part of the MCM Strategy team, this person's specific roles and responsibilities include:
• Leading the Multi-channel Customer Experience (CEX) Program for HCPs (50%):
o Work with Market Analytics to report & interpret the quarterly Cross-channel HCP Customer Experience Survey
o Create CEX scorecards that summarize cross-channel metrics, transactional survey metrics, and operational metrics across all channels
o Discuss CEX scorecard results with individual channel owners and develop appropriate action plans based on this
o Update various leaders/stakeholders throughout the organization on CEX outcomes & actions plans
o Refine the strategy & plans for CEX in 2012 (including overall strategy, cross-channel and channel specific operating standards, specific CEX initiatives, and metrics).
• Overseeing one of the pilot programs for the multi-channel management team (30%):
o Coordinate with the Enablement function to ensure execution of planned pilot phases
o Ensure that we generate desired learnings & metrics from the pilot
o Course correct on design & execution as needed
o Report on progress and results of the pilot, and appropriate next steps based on these (including full rollout as appropriate)
• Participate in the other core day-to-day roles and responsibilities as part of the Multi-Channel Management Strategy team (20%): These include
o Defining, planning, and executing additional strategic multi-channel related projects with limited direction, as assigned to the manager
o Budget planning & management for the specific projects assigned to the manager
Qualifications
• Experience in multi-channel work (e.g., web/digital channels, telephone, mail), preferably in the Pharmaceutical context with a focus on physicians
• Strong background in strategy development / strategy consulting
• Demonstrated proficiency at managing complex multi-faceted projects by effectively prioritizing plans and deliverables, and collaborating effectively with a multi-functional team
• Good communication skills, including presentations, PowerPoint/written, meeting facilitation, and one-on-one/small group
• Quantitative skills, including proficiency with excel
