The firm's Live Meetings team manages and leverages company's core asset - members of the firm's Councils - to participate in in-person and virtual meetings, with clients and prospective clients.  The in-person and online experience is managed by the Live Meetings team who help shape multiple brands that continue to set the firm apart from competitors.  The Live Meetings team is responsible for programming compelling meetings with the world's most notable experts and managing all surrounding logisticsand is looking to fill a position for someone to assist their team to market their meetings.
 
The primary function of this role focuses on email marketing and managing email campaigns. This role requires managing multiple ongoing interactive communications efforts simultaneously.  The position requires hands-on email campaign management, database management, email design/creation, HTML authoring, editorial and copywriting skills, and response management. This is not an event management role.
Key Responsibilities:
The Email Marketing Manager, Live Meetings is responsible for managing and deploying event marketing efforts, with focus on the following specific duties:
 
 Managing marketing workflow including:
* Manage and execute email distribution and marketing efforts via marketing automation platform including HTML email creation, list segmentation and pre-deployment testing, supporting international regions when necessary
* Proactively monitor marketing metrics (open rates/click-through/deliverability/etc.) and provide analysis of marketing campaigns and recommendations for enhancing effectiveness
* Manage marketing workflows and coordinate with Event Management, Research, and Content teams to ensure that event marketing meets deadlines and corporate standards/requirements
* Employ a consistent best-practice approach to overall client communication, including marketing content and strategy, and providing effective feedback and solutions
* Identify opportunities for cross-marketing events/products by maintaining an open dialogue with Live Meetings, Marketing, and Research Teams
Required Skills:
* Four to six years of post-undergraduate experience in interactive/email marketing or online communications, international experience/knowledge preferred
* HTML skills (3+ years) and experience with HTML editor tools (Dreamweaver/FrontPage) and Photoshop
* Knowledge of best practices for creating email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws
* Experience with marketing automation/ESP platforms and landing pages creation preferred
* Strong editorial background, copywriting and copy editing skills are a pre-requisite 
* Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work around tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Successful track record working in a team environment
* A degree from a top-tier university or equivalent work experience

The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) is primarily a communications position that utilizes professional communication, research and interviewing skills, as well as marketing and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The LGS identifies potential high-value clients within target companies, usually Directors, VPs or C-level executives, and prioritizes calls around the seniority and job function of the client. The LGS calls companies across the US (occasionally within Europe) and speaks with professionals about their business needs and initiatives. They identify functional interest and recommend appropriate content from multiple internal platforms. When they have identified a sales-ready lead, it is then transitioned to the Sales Team for follow up.

We are seeking candidates for an Account Manager, Corporate Markets position.  This Account Manager will be responsible for growing relationships with corporate clients across the US.   The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new, potential  users within named accounts, regularly presenting platform to executives, using  CRM to track and map client accounts, and work in collaboration with teammates to drive adoption of platform.

Key Responsibilities:
The Account Management role is effectively a business development role that drives new business within specific, named accounts that are currently clients. The Account Manager will:
 
* prospect new users within client firms and practice areas in order to drive adoption of  services;
* engage key constituents at clients in order to articulate  brand and tailor our value proposition to those clients;
* "map" client organizations to identify potential new buyers/users of  services and promoters within;

The Account Manager will report to the Head of Corporate and Life Sciences Account Management, and will also work closely with the segment leader of Corporate Markets, client service professionals and other salespeople.  Candidates should be comfortable articulating the value of our expert network, professional services and client-facing software systems to clients.
Required Skills:
Candidates must have a clear track record of excellence in several categories, including: teamwork, professionalism, communications, organization and client service. 
 
Other requirements include:
