Performance Monitoring]

You are invited to the CA Technologies Seminar on September 15 in Ewing, NJ

Dear Peter,

CA Technologies cordially invites you to attend the End-to-End Application
Performance Management Seminar on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the CA
Technologies office in Ewing, NJ.

Today, mainframes host transactions from your most critical
revenue-generating and customer-facing applications. These composite,
multi-platform applications are highly complex and difficult to manage, yet
maintaining their optimum performance is essential for your business.

Come to this Cross-Enterprise Application Performance Technical Seminar to
find out how to extend the visibility of CA APM solutions for web-enabled
J2EE and .NET applications deep into the mainframe. Learn how to seamlessly
manage and proactively monitor application transactions across mainframe and
distributed environments from a single pane of glass.

*The seminar will provide an opportunity to:*

- Reduce time spent on inefficient "bridge calls" to triage issues
- Monitor customer service levels and prioritize violations by business
impact
- Triage web-based applications that leverage the mainframe and easily
identify failing components
- Resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimize end-user impact
- Drill down into mainframe applications to determine the root cause of
the problem

This seminar is intended for Application Managers, Operations Managers and
Performance Analysts who are responsible for web-enabled enterprise
applications that span distributed platforms and z/OS platforms.
