Spherion is looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients

in Monmouth County.

This is an intent to hire position.

This is a position with a strong likelihood for advancement into a Jr.
Account Manager role.

This is a fast-paced work environment that requires a high degree of
initiative and a sense of urgency.

This position requires 3 to 5 years' experience in Marketing/Sales
administrative support.

This position requires someone with outstanding MS Office 2007 skills
(particularly in Excel) excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Business Analyst-
Location:White house Station, NJ
 
Project Title:  LKR Safe Harbor and MMD Enhancements
 
Skills Required:
* Ability to independently lead projects to completion; multitask, and learn a complex and dynamic business environment.
* Proven facilitation, meeting/workshop management, and change management skills are essential, along with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to maintain excellent customer relations and work at all levels with customers and peers in a highly dynamic and diverse environment.
* PeopleSoft and intranet development background desired, but not required.
* Client Pharmaceutical project experience desired, but not required.
* 3-5 years Business Analysis experience in System Life Cycle development/Agile methodology
 
Responsibilities:
* As a Business Analyst for Worldwide Licensing, the incumbent will act as the primary liaison between IT Development, IT Quality Services and numerous business areas including External Scientific Affairs, Corporate Licensing, Business Development, and Client Manufacturing Division.
* Primary responsibilities will include gathering and refining business requirements to improve application usability and minimize post release change requests, setting expectations for delivery and functionality, facilitating prototype and screen reviews, facilitating user acceptance testing to ensure quality of the end user deliverables, achieve final signoff of project deliverables from stakeholders, develop and provide training, and provide application and end user support for escalated issues all in accordance with Client System Life Cycle guidelines.

Preferred Areas:
* As a Business Analyst for Knowledge Discovery Knowledge Management, the incumbent will act as the primary liaison between outside vendors and numerous internal business areas including Medical Literature, Global Customer Insight, Exploratory Sciences, and many more to facilitate evaluation of two off the shelve software products for a digital library.
* Primary responsibilities will include becoming a subject matter expert on software products, defining business' software success criteria, framing and facilitating unscripted testing of software to ensure quality of system, analyzing your unscripted test data to draw conclusions and recommendations about the software options to management.
* Act as the first line of support and work with vendors to troubleshoot and configure software.
* Gathering and refining business requirements to improve application usability and minimize post release change requests, setting expectations for delivery and functionality, facilitating prototype and screen reviews, achieve final signoff of project deliverables from stakeholders, and develop and provide training all in accordance with System Life Cycle guidelines
